Anything to do with auto repair and/or maintenance is far out of my comfort zone. I don’t typically feel comfortable in such spaces, and have at times not felt safe. My experience with All in the Wrist has been nothing short of exceptional. I feel like I am able to ask questions without being treated inferior. There is a mutual sense of respect and appreciation, and I feel safe in all the ways when I set foot in this shop. While I am still new to this automotive shop, I’m beyond grateful to have someone that I feel comfortable and confident calling when I have a need with my vehicle. Thank you Molly and team!

I can highly recommend All In The Wrist Auto and Diesel Repair. I was in a bad way on vacation with a truck with a check engine light in limp mode pulling a trailer. I called them and explained what the symptoms were, and they were helpful and kind. I can, for a fact, they were more interested in helping us versus making money. They acted with compassion and definitely earned my trust. Bottom line - The truck was fixed in record time, and they earned my trust and gratitude!

Beyond trustworthy! I’ve lived in Albuquerque my whole life and have had quite a few mechanics. I would think they were trustworthy but ended up being screwed over every time. But I don’t have to worry about that anymore, Mollie is EXTREMELY honest, attentive and trustworthy. She actually told me what I DIDN’T need to have done, saving me hundreds of dollars. I won’t take my car anywhere else. I was recommended to her by a friend and have since referred other friends to her. We all agree, she’s The Best!

Be very careful if you take your vehicle to this second rate shop. They replaced my turbo on my truck and used after market parts and did a horrible job. They didn't put my heat shield back when finished and did not tighten the lower boot clamp to factory specs and the lower boot blew. I contacted them about finishing their repair under their so called warranty and all they told me was it was not their fault. I then took it to AMERICAN DIESEL and they confirmed my concerns. I told them then I will go to social media and she "THE OWNER" told me good luck with that. They have a lot of good reviews but I think they are only good with oil changes and flat repairs. If you use this company, maybe you'll have better results. By the way, the repair was $1700 and to fix their incompetence cost me another $540. Be ware of this company. If I could give them a below 1 star I would give them a -3.

I like to support local. Mollie and her team did not disappoint! I was in a bind , something was sucking my battery dead on my 2007 HHR . I was just frustrated. I contacted Mollie who said it was OK to have AAA tow my car to the shop, that they would look for my vehicle. Once that was done , the team went right to work diagnosing and getting parts needed. Needless to say I was so appreciative for great communicating , care and upfront on explanation of what was needed. Within 24 hours has my car up and running. I definitely recommend!

We are so grateful to have found this shop and Mollie. Every time we take our car in we feel confident that they repair it as if it was their own family's car. My husband is usually able to fix our cars, but when he is stumped or the job is too big, we take it straight to All in the Wrist. He appreciates their expertise and trusts them completely. This last time we took our daughter's Volvo in to get the rear lights fixed. They fixed it the same day! We are so pleased and will continue to be customers for years to come.

I brought in my car (with an appointment) to get a quote on fixing the drivers side seat that wouldn't adjust. The woman at the front desk was quite rude and informed me i should leave and come back because it would take a long time. They did a full diagnosis which took about 2 hours and came back with a quote of $1,200 saying the entire base of the seat would have to be replaced and there was a 2 month wait on the part?? I took the car to a local girl and was in and out within an hour including a trip to a local auto zone for the part needed. It was $200 for everything including labor. It was just the seat motor on the side that needed a replacement. The seat didn't need to be removed from the vehicle at any point and she was able to figure all this out immediately when looking at it. I have no doubts All In The Wrist would have ordered that wrong part, eventually fixed the seat and still charged the amount that they quoted. No idea what happened if it was an honest mistake and they genuinely did all that and still misdiagnosed the problem or if it was a blatant upsell? Either way I wouldn't go back nor would I recommend this shop to others.

This is the best mechanic shop. They fixed my alternator gave me a fair price for the work/parts. Then they came to my house to correct and fix a hose that didn't get attached right and worked loose at no charge. Highly recommend! They are fair and honest!

I’ve come to all in the wrist for over 5 years now. I have always felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I appreciate that they are always transparent and not trying to sell me 10 things that cost thousands of dollars every time I just go to get an oil change. They have always made sure my vehicle is well maintained and I appreciate them highly. I always recommend them to whoever I can especially all my female friends! Just saying most auto places try to upsell us woman the most on things we don’t need!! Anyways… these guys are my go to people. I don’t wait 10 hours for an oil change (like I have at other places *cough Toyota dealerships*) and they are always great about prices and responses. If you’re reading this, don’t waste your time to go anywhere else. These guys have anything you need. Always great service!

I needed work on all three of our vehicles and took one to my mechanic that I have used for years. The estimate was astronomical so now I was looking for a new mechanic that was honest, skilled, and affordable.... Impossible right?! A client of mine referred me to "All in the Wrist" and WOW! Not only did they fix my vehicles quickly & thoroughly, it was very affordable! Thank you Caleb, and Thank you "All in the Wrist"! We highly recommend! We will continue to bring our vehicles here when they need work, and refer everyone and anyone who needs work done on their vehicles!

Exceptional service quoted a repair time of 1 hour I arrived late but they were spot on with the time. Reasonable priced repairs and services. They meet my trifecta. 1 they're a small business, 2 woman owned and 3 veteran owned. My new garage for all work now.

My Car Was Idling Rough & My Check Engine Came On. I Checked The Code & Told Them What It Was Wrong When I Took It In. They Needed To Run A Diagnostic Test Anyway, Which Cost Me $150. The Work Order Says They Checked The Coil & Spark Plug, Checked The Pressure In The Cylinder, But Needed To Do A Deeper Diagnostic. They Wanted To Charge Me $700 But They Never Touched My Engine! It Was Still Dusty! They Almost Gave Me Someone Elses Keys & They Got Mileage Wrong. Soo Disgusted! They're Supposed To Be Woman Owned & Operated 😒

I went here for years (2018?-2023) before a series of incidents that have caused me to no longer do business here. I was always on time, nice, and paid in full same day. June - August 2023: I got an oil change, pre trip inspection, and changed rotors and brake pads. Just before a road trip I discovered they had used my oil (5 quarts) that I keep for emergencies for my oil change. They had charged me for oil despite clearly using mine. Worse, they didn't properly close it up after. The rest leaked out and destroyed the floor of my vehicle and $$$ of supplies. They refused to do anything as they don't have cameras in their bays! The oil was previously unopened. Caleb was the worker. June 2024: my rotors were causing significant shaking in my vehicle when braking but were still under warranty. They refused to let me go to another shop so I documented everything beforehand and reluctantly brought my car back in. Went smooth enough. July 2025: my rotors were causing significant shaking again; had to be replaced. Obviously I didn't bring it back to this shop. Replacement completely resolves issue. 3 times in 2 years for rotor replacement is insane! I had this car since 2020, had no crashes in it, and my driving habits (including miles/year) have not changed. Will update should I learn there's something else wrong with my vehicle but all signs point to this shop as the issue. Crappy parts, crappy workmanship, no loyalty to loyal customers. Cost me a ton of money. Avoid.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The prices were affordable as well. My check engine light and throttle light were on, and my coworker recommended that I came here. I was a little skeptical at first. When I finally came to the shop, the mechanics didn’t disappoint! My vehicle was in and out within two hours! They didn’t try to sell me services that I didn’t need. They weren’t pushy, either. I’m glad I came. I will return for future maintenance.

I have been bringing my vehicles to All in the Wrist since my Husky was just a tiny puppy. We have grown up with this shop, and even though I have a different vehicle now, the service is still outstanding. I am Native American from the Chiricahua and Cote (Canadian) tribes—my parents are from different tribes—and I was raised to value honor and integrity above all else. That is exactly what you find here. Being Women-Owned and Veteran-Owned, they run the most well-maintained, responsive, and honorable shop I have ever seen in history. They never upsell, they just do the work right.

I drive 500+ miles from Nevada just for this shop. Best mechanic in history. I cannot say enough good things about All in the Wrist. My journey with them started after I had a terrible experience with a mechanic back home in Henderson, Nevada. I went online and did some serious research to find a shop I could actually trust. I found All in the Wrist in Albuquerque and saw they were Women-Owned and Veteran-Owned, so I decided to give them a shot. The experience was so outstanding that I now drive all the way from Henderson, NV to Albuquerque just to have them work on my vehicle. It sounds crazy to drive that far for a mechanic, but once you experience their service, you’ll understand. Here is why they are worth the trip: Honesty: They never try to upsell me on things I don't need. ** integrity:** This is the most honorable shop I have ever encountered. Quality: The shop is incredibly well-maintained and responsive. I have never seen a better-run shop in history. If you are in ABQ (or even a few states away like me), bring your car here. 10/10.
