This shop is very good and very bad. The GOOD: Gary is a nice guy. Friendly, quick with a smile, nice clean shop, good on the phone, he enjoys what he does. The BAD: I have been going to this shop for years. When I first started going, the quality of work was very good. I had an uncle that owned a body shop for 30+ years and now he's retired so I'm familiar with very good work. In recent years, the quality of work has unfortunately deteriorated. When a repair is complete, the reinstallation of parts (doors, bumpers, windows, clips, screws, trim pieces) is poor. They either don't align or they were simply installed incorrectly. His paint and materials are high quality, but unfortunately the preparation process and finishing process must be kept in high standard or else you will get overspray, debris in the paint, bubbles in the paint, and not a smooth clean finish. In all fairness, Gary's guys can do a very good job. They can. But in recent experiences, they are slacking on quality. It only takes a bit more effort to transform from a "just okay place with problems" to a very good shop. They just need to try harder. I did bring up these problems to Gary (specifically parts that don't align or were mishandled, or installed incorrectly and he said, "Well, that's the way they go on." It's not. I can simply park my car next to the same year/make/model vehicle that has never had an accident and you can clearly see the repair issues. The magic of a body shop is not being able to tell that a car has had a repair in the first place. Or as close to that standard as possible. But if you can clearly see problems after a repair has been made. That's not okay. I hope things get better. They can get better. Just care more. That's all.

Gary and his staff were very professional and helpful. Given the fact that I am an Uber driver, they were extremely accommodating. I had my rear bumper replaced and the first time around, the color was a tiny bit off. So I went back and without hesitations they took care of it immediately. My experience with Gary's auto collision center could not have been any smoother. Highly recommended.

Great service! My husband had a minor repair needed under his car. We came in on a Wednesday, the part came in the following day and we brought the car that Friday. With a short 30 minute wait in a comfortable waiting area, the repair was complete! Gary is wonderful and has outstanding customer service! Definitely deserves the 5 stars!

I had such an awesome experience with Gary. He went above and beyond to fix my car. I was hit and unfortunately, the other persons insurance sucked! Gary had to end up loosing money because the guy didn't have full coverage. Gary had an estimate and he brought his estimate way down just so I could have my car fixed! I felt so bad, but that is how great Gary's customer service is. My car looks great!! Not only is he great and appreciates his customers but their work is exeptional. I totally recommend this place to anyone.

Gary is absolutely amazing. My oldest daughter crashed our only family car and we had liability insurance. I was paying out-of-pocket for repairs and Gary was so incredibly helpful to me. He is honest, fair and very willing to help. I appreciated the way he explained everything to me throughout the whole process. I am impressed with the amount of time he took with me to make sure I understood what needed to be done and the process he was going to take to repair my car. He came to my home to give me estimate, followed me back to his shop and brought me back home. There are so many great things to say about Gary and his shop. Call him! He is an auto body genius.

John has an excuse for everything. Multiple delays extended the repair to almost 3 months. They even DAMAGED MY CAR by frying the ECM (2023 vehicle). Had to fight for them to take it to a dealership to fix what they broke! Had to insist they cover my renal after the damage they caused. Found dings and scratches my first attempt picking up. This was an absolute nightmare every step of the way. I hate writing negative reviews but this was beyond ridiculous.

We chose Gary's because of their great ratings and close proximity to us for repairs from a parking lot hit. They were super professional and accommodating ! Gary is courteous, fast, and does excellent work. He strives to please his clients and does so. I took my car in for an estimate, after someone had hit my backend corner. My car is a couple years old, so the body and paint is still in good condition. Gary gave me an estimate, right on the spot, which was very reasonable. I took it back and had his shop do the repair, and it took only about 3-4 days, and it was beautiful when I picked it up. The bumper was perfect, as was the paint perfectly matched and overall, the car looked new. So, here I am 6 years later, with another car-another BMW, and a fellow named John is now working for Gary. John, is pretty much the intake and person you deal with and he was just as amazing as Gary, helped me with 2 different damaged spots on my car, and my car came back looking new, once again. I really love this place. I even had trouble with the insurance company of the person who hit me, and John intervened and helped. I just can't say enough good things about Gary's.

Lets just start with Gary. This guy welcomes you in like you just entered his home as a welcomed guest. Took a look at my car before i could even finish making my starbucks kurieg coffee that he provides with creamer...so at this point he has my attention. When he lifts my car up he invites me to see the damage, said he would have the part the same day and because of ny damage, which wasnt too bad, was really low. I drive a 2016 so you'd think he'd jack up the prive. NOPE! I dont care what happens to my car anytime, gary will be the only man touching my car. He came highly recommended and i can see why.

my wife had a text from John asking her to call back and verify a work request regarding damage to her vehicle. No request was made and we do not do business with Gary's Auto Center. I called them and asked to speak to the manager, not in, I asked to speakto John, not in. I asked for a call back, never heard from them.

Took my Chrysler Town and Country there to have the rear fixed. The reason why I picked this place was because it didn't look to conglomerate, is relatively small and well organized. The receptionist, I forget her name and I apologize, is very professional. She dealt with us and through our attorney to get everything done as smoothly as possible. Great communication with John at Gary's Auto Collision. Had front end damage on my Mustang that insurance of the other driver that hit me was balking paying the full amount for. John went to back and forth with insurance and got them to cover it. Also repaired rear quarter panel at the same time out-of-pocket. Got Mustang back when promised, it was detailed after repair, and looks brand new. Great job guys!
