My family and I have been using hair for the last 15-20 years and thoroughly satisfied with the work he and the crew have done with my cars over the years. He is always reasonably priced and always willing to work with you financially. He is always up front with you about what he can (and possibly cannot due depending on the issue, comes down to whether it needs to be seen by the dealership) do. I would rely on him before considered going to the dealership for work.

Able and Roger are both very kind and explain the repairs needed clearly, and give the best prices possible. They also get the job done quickly without sacrificing quality. We had a great experience today with Abel and the Lyons Auto Center team. Our daughter’s older car came down with multiple ailments over the holiday break, so we called yesterday to see how soon they could take a look to diagnose it. Abel squeezed us in at 8am today. It turned out the new grinding noises required a front brake job and a rear wheel bearing. They also identified that our transmission needed service. Abel texted a link to videos of each issue and then called to discuss within a couple hours. They had already located and reserved the parts, so he could share price and timing immediately. Long story short, all the repairs and service were completed and we picked up the car by 5pm same day. The service was great and the pricing seems better than a dealership. We will definitely be back for our auto service needs going forward.

When we had some recent flooding here in Santa Clarita recently, I had a bit of damage to my car from that and broke down. Lyon's Auto was fantastic! I spoke to Jonathan the most, and he was kind, patient, knowledgeable, prompt, and so kindly went the extra mile. They were upfront about all costs, made sure to clear everything before proceeding, and gave timely updates/calls while everything was in progress. They were also fair in their dealings - the price was better than I anticipated and they didn't take advantage of this college girl at all :) after running diagnostics and calling me, I was pleased by how they didn't make it out to be a bigger deal than it was or push for extra/unnecessary repairs, but were accommodating when I asked them to err on the safe side and replace something just in case. I felt very safe entrusting my car to them, and appreciated how thorough they were in examining it and passing that information along to me! Would absolutely recommend Lyon's as a solid option for your auto repair!

I have NEVER experienced an auto shop like this one! I bring my personal vehicle here as well as my commercial vehicles. Abel is always so kind at the front desk and the team is honest, reliable, knowledgeable and fair with their pricing. Today I dropped my car off for new brakes, they then called me to let me know I had a lot of brake pad left and didn't need new ones. I will never go elsewhere!! I wish I could leave more stars.

As a woman who came alone and by herself in a desperate scenario. My car stalled on me on the 14 freeway during high traffic. I immediately called lyons auto center and Able answered the phone. Able had a very calming and understanding response to my scenario and provided reassurance they would take care of me. Stepping out in faith and worried about the results, I trusted him. He was extremely professional, and very kind. His stories regarding helping his daughter and his family comforted me even more. He also provided details regaridng the mechanics skill set and hibest character, and he was not wrong. Everyone there treated me with respect and kindness, even offering drinks in case I was thirsty. Additionally yhe clientele that came in while I was there were also very friendly and kind sharing stories of education and improving life regardless of our circumstances. The owner rodger took the time to meet and speak with me individually regarding my car, the diagnosis and everything in between. Overall I am extremely greatful for the team here at lyons auto center and when I need service again I do plan on returning. Thank you so much again for all of your support and help!!

I have been coming to Harry for 2-3 years now. The guy knows his stuff. Very honest. Does what you ask for. If he feels thats not a good idea he will suggest a thorough inspection. He hired Abel to help with the customers as he can dedicates himself more to the customers car issues. One great thing is that Lyons auto center is AAA approved vendor so all work done has a 2 year warranty.

Just had an amazing experience at Lyons Auto Center in Newhall! They quickly diagnosed our son's 2007 Toyota Highlander's check engine issue and got to work on fixing it same day. The team is absolutely delightful, honest, and super informative - they made sure we knew exactly what was going on and what needed to happen. I have been going to Lyons Auto Center for a few years. They have always been great to deal with. But I felt compelled to leave a review based upon their recent service to my vehicle. I brought my van in due to a check engine light. They were upfront with me telling me the time it would take to get some answers. They fixed the issues quickly, communicated frequently, and priced the repairs fairly. The other major distinction between Lyons Auto Center and other auto repair locations I have used in the past, I don’t feel like they’re trying to take advantage of me. It would have been easy to just sell me a bunch of parts, repairs and service, but they didn’t. They told me what they believed that I needed, they offered some suggestions, then gave me honest decisions of what they felt was best for me. Those decisions meant they made less money and I just got what I needed. It felt like friends helping friends. Highly recommended. They’ve won my loyalty

I recently needed my suspension replaced and was looking for a reputable shop I could really trust. I’m very meticulous with my cars and always make sure they’re in top shape. A friend of mine, Tong—who's a mechanic himself—recommended this shop. Not because he works there, but because he genuinely believes in the quality of their service and the integrity of the owner. I stopped by and spoke with Roger, one of the owners, and explained what I needed. He was knowledgeable, professional, and honest about the work required. He quoted me a very fair price and told me it would take about 2–3 days to complete. Since I needed a car in the meantime to drop off my kids at school, Roger went above and beyond by offering to loan me his own car while mine was in the shop. That level of customer care is extremely rare these days. When I got my car back, it felt like new—smooth on the freeway, no vibrations, and no more strange suspension noises. They clearly did a phenomenal job and treated my car with the same care I would. I can’t recommend this shop enough. If you’re looking for a place that values quality, honesty, and customer satisfaction, this is it. Huge thanks to Roger and Tong for the outstanding service!
