Identified an issue at my last regular service and gave me a heads up that it would need to be fixed in the near future. They gave me a quote and I was able to bring the vehicle back 2 weeks later and take care of the problem before it became more serious. They had me in and out in the same day despite a major repair. Very happy with the whole process and the no pressure attitude towards the repair which was serious but not emergent.

I never leave reviews but I feel compelled too. The owner/manager (Edgar, I believe) is the kindest most courteous business owner in ALL OF SANTA CLARITA! We only visit maybe twice a year for bigger jobs and smaller ones and he always remembers us and our various cars. His prices are always fair. He’s just an awesome person to do business with.

These guys are fantastic! I would give more stars if I could! They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, accommodating and timely. And their prices were very reasonable. I was especially impressed that the mechanic actually showed me everything on my car that needed to be addressed and explained everything very thoroughly. I couldn't be happier with my experience there and I highly recommend them! I know that when my car needs to be serviced again sometime in the future, I will definitely be bringing it to Old Town Tire & Auto Center!

I live 2 miles from this shop, my regular mechanic is 10 miles away so I went here to hopefully save time. My check engine light was on which was because of a dirty air flow sensor. Edgar wanted to replace it along with new spark plugs and air filter, he said lets start there and hopefully not need to buy 2 other parts, all for $800. Lmao. I declined, he then said he would do it for $650, still no. He asked me if was I expecting to pay $300 and I said yes. So I drove 10 miles to my regular mechanic in Granada Hills and he said the airflow sensor needed cleaning which he did and the check engine light turned off. Problem solved for only $210!! So it's safe to say Old Towne will over sell you for parts you do not need and parts you can easily change yourself. An air filter takes 5 minutes to change. I won't be going back here and my friend who referred me there likely won't use them ever again either. If youre interested in an honest mechanic, feel free to message me.

This was my first experience here because my usual tire store and mechanic could not do an alignment, which my vehicle desperately needed. To my surprise, my vehicle needed extra attention due to the type of suspension and the quote was much higher than expected. They also weren't sure if they could complete it before I had to leave for an appointment. Pleasantly, they did complete the work in time and for $100 less than quoted. I would definitely recommend them for an alignment.

Have lived in Santa Clarita for 13 years and have visited numerous tire shops around town, this shop is by far the best. Excellent customer service, fast, professional and waiting lobby is clean. For parents (like me) that must bring kids along, this is super important because nothing is worse than having to take your child to a dirty restroom in a mechanic's shop. They have coffee, TV with good cable, spacious seating area and they were fast which was a pleasant surprise. Went in for new tires and alignment, showed up at 8:45a, they started at 9a and I was out by 10a. Makes trips out with a 2year old very easy. Thank you!!! I think they even gave my car a quick wash, not sure but came out looking clean. Highly recommended.
