I decided to take a trip to Texas from my home state of Tennessee. I saw Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Laredo. But just as I'm leaving Laredo, I got to Encinal when I got into car trouble.. On a sunday *smh* All the tow companies I called Garzas was the best priced. Got a nice flat bed and they came and got me. Gave me water, real helpful. The driver was really friendly. He was also very careful with my baby when putting it on the bed. So if you're in the Laredo area and need a tow, I recommend these guys.

I called this buisness since 6:30pm.. said they did not have any tow trucks available, but they would call me back when one was available and never did. And we saw one of their trucks pass by to pick up another vehicle two hours later, when we called back to find out what happened they told us it would be another three hours for a tow truck to come back. The truck was a flatbed that could clearly carry two vehicles at once, but the driver refused saying that my truck was too big. Horrible service!! I do not recommend!!!!

Work for a local distribution company and had a driver calling since 130am to close to 4am and no luck. Finally, answers me and I tell him driver will be calling with the needed info and he don't answer my driver's calls. It is now close to 730am and he still hasn't returned any of my calls.

We called this towing company for the tow to the dealership and then the problem started. They come on time but that is not too much important for us. When we called the dealership for an update they discovered that the bolt from the driveline was ripped off. Of course that towing company didn't mention to us anything. Now we have to wait until they fix this issue and we lost too much time repairing driveline which was in perfect condition before towing...

Great service. Truck broke down on Mines Rd in Laredo. Super busy high traffic area. Had my truck and trailer towed from Laredo to McAllen, Tx without any issues or concerns. Although they had a youngster towing us he definitely knew his stuff. Appreciate you guys for helping us out and getting to us promptly.
