Manager was very rude as well as the employee to my father and I did not appreciate their sarcasm. Paid cash and they didn't want to refund it but they let us exchange for other items. What idiocracy. What a badly managed location.

Don't ask them about price matching. I don't think they understand the concept. They told me I need to bring the receipt from the other place. If I did that then I would already have it at a lower price.

Extremely helpful workers. They did not get frustrated when asked to check my engine light. O'Rewards add up too! They carry Chemical Guys leather cleaner which is a go to for me. Good brands not cheap Chinese parts. The carry Motorcraft for alot of parts too.

Service clerk Ram was extremely unhelpful. Made a simple return a nightmare. The boy went to O’Reilly because it was closer. I’ll stick to Autozone from now on. Suggest you all do the same.
