This is THE place we'll take our car from now on! We had taken our automobile to another mechanic, and after about six hundred dollars worth of "fixes" all we had to show for it was a tune up; the car was still a hot mess. We took the car to Gaston Automotive and the mechanic diagnosed all the problems almost immediately! He got our car fixed, even tried one fix that would have been cheaper and when it didn't work he DIDN'T charge us for any of it (and we told him to!) and got us our car back in almost showroom condition, even though it's an '07! We're very pleased with the work done to our car and I'm so glad to find a mechanic who would shoot straight with us!

If you are having issues with your vehicle take it here! Micah Monteleone will ensure you are taken care of and doesn't try to sell you on anything you don't need. It's simple and to the point... No fuss, he'll simply take of whatever it is. I have had my vehicle repaired here multiple times. New tires on mine and my wife's vehicle. Him and his crew are knowledgeable and respectful. I've been to 3-4 shops over the years, growing up in Gaston County, that have ever come close to this one. None of those other shops are still around. I wish I knew of this place sooner!

Absolutely recommend Gaston Auto services, they are always very professional, friendly and I have absolutely no complaints. They aren't out to rip you off like so many out there. They are dependable and honest from everything I've seen. I've been 5 times over the last 10 months since I moved to Dallas..twice with my daughters car and I've had an inspection there, oil change and now new tires and I've seen how they treat their other customers as well and just seem so honest to everyone. ...Happy Customer.

My dash was lit up like a Christmas Tree. The men checked to ensure it was safe to drive while we looked for a replacement part. Micah, Joey, and Tim take care of my car, my husband's truck, and two of my sons' vehicles. Micah is up-front & honest with his pricing and will tell me what he, himself would do and puts things in perspective. Finding a decent mechanic is rare, finding an amazing, trustworthy crew at Gaston Auto was a unicorn indeed :)
