Nice people, good prices but I just experienced horrible and VERY inconsiderate service at the hands of this shop. I came in last week for an alignment, Rob informed me I needed a tire rod replaced and that they would have to order the part and it would be there by Tuesday. That made sense as my car had been vibrating heavily while driving. We arranged the appointment. Come tuesday after work, something told me to call him to reconfirm we were still good for the repairs as I was driving 30 mins to get there. He asked me questions he already asked me the week prior about my car as if he forgot and rather than being honest and simply saying that, he tells me he's going to "check" to see if the part was delivered and took my number (again) saying he'd call me back. I start to head in that direction to ensure I make it there before he closes thinking he'd call me back in a few minutes like he said, after about 15 minutes I end up having to call him back then he says he knows the part will be there tomorrow and he can do it tomorrow. I decline the service because at this point I'm inconvenienced and irritated--he did bad business and failed to acknowledge that. I spend a total of 2 hours each day commuting to & for work. Cars and SAFETY is vital. I could lose control of the steering if this repair isn't done and done very soon. Him not having the part today would've been alright had he cared enough and was thorough enough to call COMMUNICATE that to me. That would've given me a buffer to either find another shop to do it today or at least know we could have it done tomorrow. Rather than me calling him twice to get one solid answer after scheduling an appointment for today, last week. Again, he was nice and the price was great, but his niceness and the price didn't really matter when the work still couldn't be done as communicated and he failed to follow up properly to let me know. I'm disappointed as they were referred to me. Hopefully no one else has such an experience.

This is going to be my new go to for tire care. They have great service. Good on prices. Sitting in the waiting room everyone had nothing but good things to say about this establishment. They seem honest and fair. I'll keep you posted. Ask for Scott, he maybe young nut he knows his stuff

I was recommended to Ledford's by a very good friend. Folks are very friendly, knowable and professional. Price is very fare, defiantly returning. Check them out, call for and appointment, they have a very nice waiting area with very clean bathroom.

These guys had Always treated me with the most respect, and has Always been on point with any service I needed. They care about there customers. Once I needed work done so I could get to my cancer doctor but didn't have the full amount of payment, They trusted me to do what's rite an I did....what other garage would do that? From that day forward " I've never taken my business any where else.

This was my first time going to this location, but I will say they were great. I called before I went down here and asked about my needs for my vehicle and they let me know everything up front. They told me they did have a few customers already but they will work me in. I will say I only spent about 15 minutes total and I was back on the road. Thank You!!!

They saved me literally. My husband called them from near the hospital and explained I needed rear tires immediately for my Yukon. They explained they could get exactly what I needed to the shop in a hour and have it done for me before I needed to go to work. The girl in the office is awesome 😊 & very sweet. These negative (& ironic, as you see there are VERY FEW) really annoy me. As I’m a loyal customer and have been since 2020. YES, they may not have had time to do someone’s vehicle, but as stated the man was TOLD that. And I can guarantee that’s not how it was worded. I can beg they POLITELY said I’m so sorry, I have to be honest, we’re short staffed and I don’t think we’ll be able to get it done as fast as you’d like and/or we’re booked and behind BECAUSE of short staff. My experience has always been great. They ALWAYS truthfully tell you if & how busy they are and when they can or believe they can have your issue taken care of. They 1,000% stand behind their work as well, I know this from personal experience and it wasn’t even their fault. It was the part company yet they still replaced it for free. They treat their customers like FRIENDS OR LOVED ONES. They are nonstop busy and can’t take every job that comes in BECAUSE THEY HAVE SO MANY LOYAL CUSTOMERS, clientele/people referred to them by loyal customers such as myself. So forgive them for being successful and having nonstop business (aka cars to work on and usually so many they literally can’t take on anymore) literally because of how great and genuine they are. From Rob to Victoria, to ANY mechanic I’ve seen them have working that I’ve had any interaction with. Point being. They are amazing people. They TRULY CARE about their customers, their cars, whatever is wrong with the car & doing the job right, AS WELL AS your “safety” (since I saw a comment about that). I cannot tell you how many good things I can say about them. But definitely far from how the couple of negative comments tried to make this shop and ANYONE working there seem. I refuse to go anywhere else and I refer every single person I know... so thankful for them, their kindness, honesty, hard work, and just all around ethics and values. I truly do feel like they’re family and I promise any loyal customer of theirs can say the same and I’m sure is made to feel the same by everyone there. ♥️

10/10 definitely recommend if you need an alignment! NTB told me it would be $200 for an ALIGNMENT and they can give me a deal for $80. I found this place and they charged me $50! Great customer service over the phone and in person, in and out quick, took less than an hour! Took about 45 mins.

Yesterday, on my way home from getting my son from school, my tire pressure light came on and told me I was down to 12 PSI. Come to find out, there was a split in my tire. I arrived at Ledford's a little after 3 and explained to the receptionist what was going on. She told me she wasn't supposed to take in any more cars for the day but she'd check with the mechanic. They graciously agreed to work on my tire because of concerns regarding safety. I was super thankful. I was in and out within 45 minutes and not charged much at all. They seem like very respectful, reliable, and nice people. I will definitely come back here! Thank you! What could have been a very stressful day turned out to not be so bad!
