His attitude stinks. He talks to the air and expects a person to know that he's speaking to them. The service is a 4 of 10. He'll diagnose one thing and your car has the same problem then you end up buying another part and paying for labor as well. Instead of honoring his work and atleast taking the wrong part off and putting your old part back on and wait until the next time to charge you for the real problem and labor. Then you're there from open to close, alllll damn day! This is a real review. The others aren't telling the story truthfully. Needless to mention, but i'll never spend anymore money at this place. And you should pass this place unless you want to experience all of these things.

On our way back to NY from Poconos, we decided to stopby Philly for a bit. After few minutes of driving, the car started making noises of metal being dragged on left side of the car. Pulled over and appeared to be coming from the left rear wheel. We found this repair shop and immediately called if they can take us in which they said okay (for a Sunday afternoon, we really got lucky!). The boss immediately figured out what was wrong and only charged a minimal fee! We are headed back to NY in under 25mins! Thank you so much!

My trunk would not close. I thought I had to replace my latch but, instead JF fixed my latch with no hassle. On top of the installed a handle for the latch in case my trunk got stuck again. Very pleased. Very affordable prices.

JF charges fair prices he doesn't try to take advantage of his customers. Some mechanics like to take advantage of women but JF repaired the car muffler in no time and was very reasonable. He is greatly appreciated God bless him. If this place is no longer in service I don't know any other trust worthy repair shop.

Horrible attitude. I sent my son(young teen) over to ask about service, the guy called him a clown & started saying other bad things to him. I went over & the same guy started talking down to me, saying I interrupted his call...I said hello when I walked up & he went off on me, askin if I had an appointment. I've never had such a horrible unprofessional experience from an auto mechanic place

Very unprofessional. Told the mechanic they messed up my brakes and he told me that he wanted to fight me and started calling me explicit names. And that I should file a police report. All I wanted was for them to check out if they did something wrong. Now I am more convinced that did mess up my car. Avoid this dealership at all cost. If they mess up your car they will cuss you out and want to fight you. Very very unprofessional. JF
