Nick was the best. I had an appointment to leave my car over the weekend but found time earlier in the week. Called Nick and he worked with my schedule to get my car in for a ceramic coating 3 days earlier than I had originally asked. Car looks fantastic, it’s only a month old but it looks better than when it left the dealership after the Genesis team got done with it. Very happy customer, would recommend to anyone looking for a professional ceramic coating. FYI, the reason I went with Genesis was because of the ceramic coating they use (I liked the Modesta BC-X they offered) and their price was competitive (it wasn’t cheap but not as high as other detailers offering a similar high level of quality).

I did some research on detailing places that specifically took pride in their work. I was also specifically looking for someone to do a proper strip wash and paint correction process on it with a dual action polisher to get the swirls out. Angel was the tech who worked on my car and he was very detail oriented. They were up front about how long it would take, their process, etc. The car came out fantastic. Inside and out it was cleaned very thoroughly. No more swirls! No road grime! No brake dust on the wheels! Just good clean paint and a really nice deep polish on it. Used a light bar on it to confirm the great polish application. Angel is a really great guy and the team at Genesis Detailing did a great job. The price seems fair for the work done as well. Intend on leveraging their services a few times a year to stay on top of the car's looks. I look forward to dropping the car off in the future and more importantly, picking it up when it's spotless ;).

I thought the truck already looked nice and clean and brand new when I brought it in but when they were done with it it looked way better just when you thought a truck can’t look nicer. Friendly service. They explain everything and they get you scheduled in quickly. If you’re looking for a ceramic coating on any vehicle I highly recommend these guys. Let me start by saying the team was Awesome and Johnny did a great job on our car. I purchased a new car for my wife and took it in to get the ceramic coating performed by Genesis Detailing . A day later I received a call from the team explaining that the new vehicle had severe hard water spots on the entire passenger side and hood of the vehicle. It wasn’t something I noticed when we drove it off the lot. I returned the vehicle to the dealer and inquired about the spotting. The dealer took the vehicle for a week and had their team work on getting the spotting removed. When I got the vehicle back, they were able to get the spotting out and I took it back to Genesis Detailing to have the ceramic coating applied. Had they not been so detailed in the process to identify the spotting on the paint and made me aware of it, there was a chance that it could’ve been an issue and the spotting would have been permanent. The team was very professional, always kept me informed, and I would recommend Genesis Detailing to anyone looking to protect their investment. Thank you Nick and Johnny.

Recently purchased a 2018 Porsche Boxster as a daily driver for my wife. I was concerned about sun damage and looked into ceramic coating. Was not completely convinced but based on other reviews and because Genesis is right by my office; I took a leap of faith. I am 100% happy with the results.
