Very expensive oil change.. $65 Had I known I would have gone to Goodyear like I usually do. Goodyear does oil change and checks everything on the vehicle for you for $30. I waited 45 minutes for a $65 oil change bc this place was empty when I was driving by and I thought it would be quick and convenient! Now I know why it was empty!

Super friendly staff , very professional and knowledgeable .I got my oil changed fluids and new filters done quick. Would have had my inspection but due to rain i couldn't. I also got a ticket for a free car wash ! I am very pleased and will come back most def. Thank you for everything!

Called 2 weeks prior to coming to get routine transmission filter and fluid replacement. I gave them my car info and what engine size I have and what not to make sure they could get it done when I called. Was quoted decent and they were nice on phone. Came in today and my car sat here for two hours and nobody contacted me to let me know they don't have the tools to do this service for my vehicle. Thanks for wasting my time. Now I can't even get what I need done somewhere else because of the time wasted. So mad. Unprofessional. Don't waste your time here.

If you own a Dodge 2500 diesel, don’t go here. Told them my 1st oil change that my carport concrete had oil dripped on it. I went back for a second @ 15k and told them about the mess from the first one. They assured me they would take care of the issue. They did not.

The Great Hail Storm of (May) 2020 made a single crack on my windshield. My vehicle passed inspections in July 2020 and July 2021–I haven’t fixed the windshield yet and nothing about it has changed. Running errands, I came to this place because it was nearby, and I was in a hurry. The guy asked for my insurance, checked my vehicle, engine, lights, etc., and even took it for a drive. All of that only to say that I didn’t pass because of my single-crack windshield. Something easily noticeable that he could have said before wasting time. When I mentioned that I had passed for the last two years, he just said to “try somewhere else.” I recognise I’ll eventually have to repair the windshield. But it’s an extremely expensive repair that I cannot afford when everything else is equally expensive. So, either the last two years I’ve gotten really lucky, or this guy doesn’t know what he’s doing.

Went for a state inspection today...Three guys standing around doing nothing...Refused to do my inspection. Said the manager didnt want them to do inspections until 11am... a full 2hrs later. When asked why... it was just "that's what he said". I have been a customer for over 5 years... will not be back again. I went to Jack's Oil Change and they provided immediate, professional service. Will definitely use Jack's from now on...

My friend has been there for an hour already just for an oil change and staff refused to inspect his vehicle with no purpose given. The staff who “helped” him was rude and was just standing around. Honestly felt stupid and embarrassed for even showing confidence with recommending them to my friends and family if they are providing this kind of service to them.

They gentlemen’s there are very nice if you get a oil change they also give you a paper to go get a free car wash they did oil change and my state inspection and showed me everything it was my first time getting it done as I had just brought my first car last year they was very helpful to me 10/10 recommend going here if you have to wait inside it’s air conditioned and they have refreshments!

Went for an oil change and they got it done. When I pulled up there was probably about 7 cars ahead of me but they work fast and efficiently. Got me in quick and got me out. It's nice they offer free soft drinks and a car wash with your oil change. Great team of workers there. Will be back in 3,000 miles. Thanks.

I find it hard to trust my vehicle with just anyone. Gentle touch knows what they're doing and you cant beat the car wash that follows thats included in your oil change. Overall I do my best not to take my vehicle anywhere else.

This is my 3rd oil change and always a positive experience and great service. Today one of the guys pointed out an issue with my tire, it’s been like that for months and he’s the first one to have noticed it. He explained it wasn’t safe and I greatly appreciated that because my kids safety is a priority! Didn’t get his name but super grateful for him.
