Bad place, the price is extreme high and the wait time is so long. People are working like they are watching television. They said that they will repair my friend car for $1500. He went to other place and did it with just $450.

DO NOT COME HERE! DO NOT COME HERE! DO NOT COME HERE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY! DO NOT COME HERE! It's best to keep shopping around. They are in a bad neighborhood and just try to steal your money! They don't know anything about cars. They tear your car up and then want to charge you more money. They are under new management and the son and father are just scammers. They stripped my oil pan and let me drive off the lot with bad tires. They do not care about safety! They only care about collecting money from the customer. In addition, they refused to acknowledge they did anything wrong. I will not be returning and advise others to keep shopping around.

Simon is excellent. He has invested in the very latest equipment. I found out that the dealer was sending my Corvette Z06 Carbon to have the tires done at Genuine because they have the latest equipment necessary to do those large low profile tires. They really care about quality and are knowledgeable. I'm now taking my Porsche Cayenne GTS there as well. Highly recommended.

I’ve been there November, he charged me $1200, guaranteed for 3 months and I come back to him for same problems he wants $900 more , this guys is not good , just want money,money 😭😭😭😭 i come another place in Santa Clara there thay charge me $40 , I give him all the bills this Quan 4098 Monterey charge me the last 5 months $2500 Santa Clara owner says, he charge to much and to much, that’s not the price Maybe he like to do that’s with lady Don’t come here give him money FREE

Disappointed and OverchargedI recently took my 2007 Mercedes-Benz C230 to Genuine Automotive for an oil leak issue. After a thorough inspection, they provided me with a quote of $3,340.18 for several repairs, including the replacement of the oil filter housing, serpentine belt, engine belt tensioner, and several other parts.However, suspecting that the quote was excessively high, I decided to get a second opinion from another repair shop. To my surprise, the actual problem was just a faulty cap for the oil filter. The cost to fix this issue was a mere $21.I am extremely disappointed with Genuine Automotive. Not only did they misdiagnose the problem, but they also attempted to charge me an exorbitant amount for unnecessary repairs. This experience has led me to question their honesty and integrity. I strongly advise others to seek a second opinion before committing to any expensive repairs at Genuine Automotive. This kind of business practice is unacceptable, and customers deserve better.

Change 4 new tires there and paid for alignment. After a month my car was shaking when driving, found out the back 2 tires are badly damaged and worn out due to bad alignment. I bring back to the shop with receipt and paperwork so they can redo alignment and replace my 2 torn out new tires that I bought from their shop. At the beginning the son owner said he will replace the 2 tires with new one and redo the alignment. After waiting for 5 hours the father come and say that the problem is my car causing the tires to be worn out and the shop will have to charge for the 2 new tires. My car never have any issues after they did the alignment a month before. They blaming my car and not take responsibility of their bad alignment. Really horrible and not honest place. I will never come back here again.
