Wait time inside vehicle when you arrive before someone comes to talk to you is a bit longer than expected (10~15min). This is the only reason why I took away one star Service manager on the hand, Daniel, is amazing. Perhaps the best manager I met at this dealership. Very professional and courteous. You feel he is on the customer side and you trust every word he says. He is now the main reason I will come back.

I asked to be called upon completion of oil change and advisor said he would. I waited. No call. I called 30 minutes before closing. They said car had been ready. Went to pick it up. Advisor did not remember me. It would have been a nice touch to wash car like other dealers, but no special treatment here.

This is the place to go. For one thing, Captal's Parts Dept is actually open on Sunday. And this Parts Department is very patient and methodical. Double checking everything so I get the exact right part. Like I said, no rush but step by step guidance by two different parts guys, one with a handsome white beard, at two different times in one day since one was over the phone and the other in person at the parts desk. Even offered to get the part and hold it for me so when I went to Service Department, the part would be ready. Then the Service Manager was attentive. Seeing me standing by my car, he immediately approached me and quickly had a write up. After a little over an hour, it was all done. I think he has a Korean name, but for sure he was very efficient, thorough in explaining and personal! Finally, last stop cashier quickly finished everything with a sincere attitude and friendly smile. What more can I ask for? Perfect!!

went in for the winter special and service was fast only thing on my drive home the TPS light came on. I checked the tire pressure When I got home after waiting about 2 hours and all 4 where at 30 psi. Got them to the correct psi and sensor has not shut off. These are new tires I installed about a year ago. Not sure if they were actually checked during the service

Was glad the job was done but the Consultant was rude and seemed more irritated with me. Felt like he only cared about the commission he can earn from me. When I brought my car over and the consultant took my mileage, he led me to his desk but the consultant walked back to his desk so fast that I could not follow him and I lost him. Other consultants had to point to where he was sitting, which was nice of them. Once the service was done I had brought my coupon and the consultant got irritated with me because I accidentally forgot to present it to him before the service and he had to generate a new invoice. The consultant pointed this out that it was stated on the coupon. Although I admit that I did make the mistake of not bringing it in, it is not a valid reason to be rude to me and express irritatation to me. Also, the consultants used to walk me through the test results when they changed my oil (airfiler, battery test, etc.) They don't even do that! The consultant just handed me the papers expecting me to read it myself. Very rude service from them. Been going to capital honda for years and used to enjoy their service, now it seems like every consultant i work with is cranky. I wish Capital Honda would train their employees to teach human decency and not treat customers as someone who just provides a commission.
