I needed to get my windshield replaced after an unfortunate rock cracked it square in the middle. Unfortunately, overnight there was a bit of rain and it caused the crack to travel past the point of no return for windshields. I had contacted a few other people and they all said something similar "I'm the ONLY one around who will do this kind of repair." I eventually contacted United Auto Glass and got in contact with Lam. Lam was professional and did not try to give me a hard sell by lying about how no one else could do this. He simply gave me a quote for over $120 less than the others. He came by my office the next day and did the replacement in 30 minutes while I was at work. My windshield now looks flawless, so I'm pretty happy overall. Honestly, I don't mind the standard BS that you get when you call for quotes. What really bothered me is that everyone else was trying to charge me over $400 for a windshield replacement. Thank you Lam and United Auto Glass. You guys will be my go-to from here on out.

The technician came within couple hours and made everything quick, my new glass was in place. I had some doubts regarding the technician's attitude, but after speaking with the manager it seems like this company strives to resolve any concerns and do better, so my questions were answered and we found a solution.

I highly recommend this company. Very reasonably priced. Lam just finished replacing my windshield. Since we had a missed connection yesterday (my fault, missed his calls and texts while I was at work), he came to my home early this morning because the crack was creeping across my view at a fast rate. I called around to a number of places to get a quote and discuss the windshield on my older BMW. I got high prices and hemming and hawing about the rain and light sensors. One quote was really high. One person thought they should come and look at it before they'd quote. United Auto Glass, however, was on the spot. Pauline offered confident answers to all my questions, and a great price. She took time to clarify my glass needs, even having me send pictures of the glass and damage to make sure they had the right thing. They even offered to come same day! Which I wasn't quite prepared for, but was an awesome offer. The quote was on the lower end of the ones I'd received, but Pauline was confident I'd be satisfied with the glass when I asked about it. Lam came out the next day. He called to ask to come early - which was fine by me. From the moment he showed up, it was clear Lam had a ton of experience with my car. He knew about potential trouble spots and things to worry about. Getting a good seal for wind noise, avoiding damaging the fragile wiper assembly, dealing with the sensors. He was quick to educate me on things to worry about, and gave me great confidence he understood my concerns. He was done much faster than I expected and I'm back on the road - nasty crack that was right through my line of site all resolved. And the glass supplied was from an OEM vendor, just without the pricey logo! Overall, totally satisfied with the work done, the ease of the process, and the guarantee provided.

Stone cracked windshield on Monday. Talked to Pauline at United Auto Glass and filed my insurance claim on Tuesday. Lam came to my office and replaced my windshield (and calibrated the car’s lane detection camera) on Wednesday morning. Excellent and friendly service and super convenient mobile service ! He even remounted my Fastrak on the new windshield without being asked! Thanks!

Lam was a very nice repair man. Did a great job: cleaned my window and vacuumed out extra glass that had still been in my car 😅 i felt bad for not having my money situation handled when he came cuz my zelle wasnt working when he was done and so i had to set up a venmo account to pay and he was patient with me. I dont know who i spoke to on the phone about my appointment on may 16th but thank u to the lady who was helpful and friendly. She got me slipped into a much later appointment slot due to me not getting paid till later in the day. I very much appreciate this company! Will use them again in the future!

Truly five star service. First of all, I wanna say that I’m not affiliated by any means with united Autoglass and second of all I rarely write a reviews. With that said these folks are truly exquisite. Pauline from the office kept me Updated about every step of the way and helping me and guided me through intricate bureaucracy of insurance claims. Then she was able to find OEM glass that was pretty much unobtainable in this area. After that technician Lam showed up exactly on time as they promised. Lam was extremely professional ,fast and highly skilled. I would say that you will be hard pressed to find difference between his installation and factory installation of the glass. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Wow I am so thankful I found this company while searching on Yelp for a small family business with five stars that also did Mobile service and knew how to make it seamless for me to go through my car insurance Geico. Pauline provided amazing customer service from the beginning and even post installation check up. She was knowledgeable about the process and instructed me steps I would need to do to expedite going through them instead of Safelite. I almost went with Safelite because I thought it would be more convenient but just couldn't ignore all the negative reviews. This company also have lifetime workmanship guarantee! They really stand behind their work. I was so happy when they had the windshield in stock for the car and I was able to get same day mobile service. On top of that Lam completed the replacement in about 30 minutes. Not only was he skillful and efficient but he was very nice and seems to really care about his customers and I was very pleased with the replacement of our commuter car. Great service! Daughter broke the rear window (don't ask) on our Volvo wagon on the weekend between Xmas and New Year's. Was worried because the car is 20+ years old with a rear window wiper and the glass had an integrated defroster. Tried S---L---, and they couldn't come out until the next Friday. Fortunately, United Auto Glass was able to find an after-market window and said they could come out the next morning. Lam came on time and did a great job with the glass, sealant, defroster and wiper. He worked efficiently and neatly, so I'd guess he has a lot of experience! Window looks identical to our old one and is made by a company that is also an OEM supplier for BMW. I had also contacted a third company that came in with a lower quote but chose United because they offer a lifetime warranty and had located the compatible glass while I was on the phone.
