If I can give them 10 stars I would. I called this place after experiencing a flat from running over a nail on 880 - 30 min before closing and they said they could take care of me if I came in 15min…. They were all nice! And not grumpy like most would feel of you’d come to their shop right before they close! Thank you for helping me out!

They fit me in the first thing next morning after my tire was KO’d finally by Oakland’s (in)famous potholes. Took about 20 minutes total for the service. I asked about a rotation and alignment and he said that my tires are wearing evenly and there was no need. Soooo grateful for that honesty 🙏🏻 The tires must have at least 15K miles on them but I have no idea what’s recommended. Could have easily swindled me. He sold me a different model of the same brand which they had in stock and it was $140. Comes with a free rotation in some amount (5K?) of miles. Will be returning and highly recommend!

My mechanic told me that I needed to replace the two front struts , two sway bar links , two outer tie rods and all four tires because the front tires were wearing unevenly. I took the car to George Oren and Doug helped me. He scheduled an alignment for the front and it turned out that the car was just a little out of alignment and I don’t need any of the stuff . They did the alignment and even rotate the tires for free and told me that I need to rotate the tires every five thousand miles and the tires still have 30k miles on them. What a difference! The entire process went smoothly and they were courteous and professional. Now I know where to get my tires and suspension services from.

Very good service. Doug the owner gave me options for replacing some damaged tires and other folks were very customer-centered. I had trouble with tire pressure sensors on my Prius after installation and they had me come in for a second visit to check it out. An under inflated tire (not one of the ones they installed) seemed to be the cause, but the tech also let me know the sensors were all getting old. I felt they were up front and very knowledgeable.

I needed to get a full wheel alignment and tires rotated for my vehicle. I was hoping to go to a local mechanic in my neighborhood, but after two different local spots referred George Oren Tire Specialist (both locations did not have the equipment for wheel alignments) I decided to book an appointment there for the task at hand. Booking was easy enough: It was handled through their website. Doug reached out via email an hour or so after submitting my appointment request, during which we secured my top date and time. I arrived a few minutes before they opened - there was plenty of space in front to park off-street. Around 8:01am I was waved over to drive my vehicle to the spot where they'd perform the tire rotation. Once I passed the keys off to one of the mechanics I waited in their waiting room while the rotation and alignment work commenced. The waiting room was comfortable enough, especially at 8am: I was the only one there, with a comfy seat and KRON4 news on the TV. Doug shared (both via email and in-person) it would take about an hour to complete the work which was fine by me, so I stayed on-site. However, they completed everything in just under 30 minutes! The final cost for the work was $160 which I thought was very fair. No hidden costs, no extras thrown in. Easy and easy to understand. Doug was really friendly and was happy to explain the other services they offered outside of wheel alignments and tire rotations while payment was processing. In the end, I bookmarked this location for any future tire-related work. Thank you, Doug, for your services!

After they evaluate my tire the technician told me I had a nail in the tire and he proceeded to fix it. I was there for only about 20 to maybe 30 minutes short fast and sweet.
