The team at Gerber was outstanding! The appointment was simple to make, The process of getting a rental car was smooth and Chris Hart got right onto estimating the damage, getting the claim approved and getting parts ordered. While there, I asked for a second quote outside of the claim to replace a broken brake light assembly. Chris gave me a very fair quote and I approved the work. For both repairs, my car was completed a day ahead of schedule. I hit a raccoon on a Friday and my car was fixed by the following Thursday. Iβm already recommending Gerber to my friends!

I worked with Chris at Gerber to get my car repaired after a minor fender bender. They couldn't be nicer. Pretty much the easiest and best experience I've ever had what's a car accident definitely suggest Gerber... Came back today because a little issue with weather strip and on it in two is dings from before and offered to fix that two. Awesome experience! Awesome people and service. I think if need be customer for all body work needs.

Absolutely fantastic group of people to work with, they were very on point with their appointments communications and the entire company as a whole from the the owner and everyone else has been completely amazing and I can't be any more satisfied. Although my car had issues, needing body work and this is the only place I would ever take any vehicle of mine nor can I highly recommend this place any further. Thank you Kelly and everyone else that helps make my experience so pleasurable and a special thank you to the tech that worked on the car as it came out beautifully. Customer service is top notch! Went here to get my rear bumper repaired after getting rear ended, but discovered a few months later that there was a leak in my car that I wasn't able to find on my own, nor did two other shops I took my vehicle to right before and just after Thanksgiving. Everything was working and draining the way it's supposed to. A couple weeks after getting it back from the second shop, I finally determined that water was pooling in the rear of my car and took it back to Gerber thinking it might be related to the initial accident. The folks at the office kept detailed records and were able to discuss the problem with me and were willing to take another look at my vehicle in case they missed something. The leak turned out to be unrelated to the damages I sustained in that accident but Chris (who also handled my initial repair) took care of everything and didn't charge me for it since it didn't take too much work to fix it. This is a great crew who is here to serve you well and are willing to go the extra step to communicate with you and get your car back on the road!

I would give this team a hundred stars if I could! I had a great experience from start to finish. The team was friendly, professional, and eager to help me feel comfortable, from answering questions to offering detailed info. Hurricane Nicole hit just after I dropped my car off and they took the time to explain how they would keep it safe during the storm, which really helped my peace of mind. The team even went above and beyond to have my car ready before an event I had in Orlando, saving me the cost of a rental. I can't express how much I appreciate that, as well as their frequent updates. Getting in an accident is never fun, but this Gerber team made the situation exceptionally better. I highly recommend them for any work!

They did such an incredible job on my wife's Lexus that was in a collision. The whole process was very seamless in their communication with Geico and Enterprise. The car looks like new! They even cleaned the inside. Top of the line customer service. Really appreciated Chris's help and communication. I had hurricane damage to my 2023 Sonata N Line. With Rear window shattered, hood/trunk and passenger side pillar dents. I was in an accident in December and chose Gerber to repair the damage due to their good reviews on Google. They did an excellent job returning my car to it's previous state and were exceptionally friendly throughout all interactions. Recently, I started having a problem located in the area that was repaired by Gerber. I brought my car the same day and they made arrangements to take a closer look to diagnose the problem. It turned out to be a problem unrelated to their service. Even though it was not required for them to go any further, Jeremy did everything in his power to make sure my car was safe to drive in the meantime, gave me coolant, offering me advice as to my next step with my car's repairs, sitting down and talking with me about what exactly the issue was, and more. I feel reassured that there are good, honest people in this line of work. Jeremy, and the staff at Gerber, saved me a lot of money rather than going elsewhere to figure out the problem with my vehicle. Kindness goes a long way!

UPDATE: customer service did reach out to me. Due to corporate policy company would not return money or give discount but they had the team lead mechanic come out and replace the windshield properly - we did thorough inspection on the glass and work. Ron was very polite, professional and understanding, gave a few tips on car maintenance -special thanks for being understanding- so I have more confidence now that the work is done correctly and will last. This is more of a review on Glass America though, not Gerber. It would be appreciated if Gerber did warn about the fact that they outsource the work but I am glad it got all sorted out with a professional tech after all, they ever sent a new warranty replacement receipt. 01/17/2025 I made it a point to use a local small business for the windshield repair. Called Gerber, scheduled the rear windshield replacement. Company ended up outsourcing it to Glass America without disclosure. Windshield was without a box, boy who installed it locked himself out of the van and then installed scratched windshield (or scratched during the installation). It has been a month since Iβm trying to get warranty for it (90 day guarantee). There is no official office, people who dis initially reply are shady, they donβt give a name or phone for the manager or warranty dept, customers service donβt pick up phone calls, one time I finally managed to reach a person, they kept feeding me stories about corporate warranty returning my call but no way to reach them directly. When warranty dept finally called back, they order new windshield to replace it again for me. On the date scheduled for replacement no one showed up. When I called to see whatβs going on they said the βonly windshield glass left in Floridaβ broke in transit. Up to now (itβs been a month) issue still has not been resolved and the person I had contact with is ignoring my calls and messages now. Terrible service, do yourself a favor and find a vendor other then Gerber or Glass America

I always take my vehicles to this Gerber location. Chris usually helps me with any issues and he is always great. This time TJ gave me my estimate for my car and he made sure that I was aware of everything that was happening every step of the way. I appreciated how well he explained everything to me. I live about 17 years in Melbourne FL. And have never felt the level of service Gerber provided, not in any industry , from the first contact till the end, the care of the customer is superb, as a business owner I am impressed with the way all colleagues work together, my experience taking my car after collision was impeccable, they made my repair a breeze, they gave a great relationship with my insurance and all went perfect. The phrase βgo the extra mileβ felt an understatement for them , they go beyond the mile! I will recommend the US1 branch to anyone in need of their type of services . Average to below average work quality, bad customer service. Clearly Gerber is incentivized to perform to the bare minimum when it comes to an insurance claim. Car's alignment was way out, which would be less of an issue had state farm not called and informed me that rental car coverage beyond this date would be at my expense. Paint/buffing quality is quite bad, not sure how this passed inspection. They offered to quickly fix it, by that time I'd been there 2-3 times, once for repeat alignment, once for inspection. Not going back. Pictures pretty much sum up the rest; damaged window garnishes (~$800-900), and, poorly painted rims (reconditioned), and finally the recent discovery that they sent me on my way (and my wife and kids on a questionable side wall transition tire gouge).
