I was sincerely convinced my Cadillac was possessed by some sort of demon and after some serious Google hunting decided on Indio for the exorcism . . . and they came through with the holy oil! Lol . . . fast, courteous, good prices and great humor to match! I will definitely continue praying to the auto gods with them. 🙏🚘⛪️ NEXT DAY: Back at the shop (via invite) because a dash notification lit aaaand I'm paranoid by nature. Not only did they explain everything to me since I'm not fluent in mechanic, this amaaaazing couple ordered it and found a time that works for me for installation . . . FREE OF CHARGE! I have a 2013 Toyota Corolla and it had problems with the air conditioning, I took it to a workshop which I will not mention and after the diagnosis and I paid for the repair, the air was damaged again a month later so I took it to Indio General Mechanic, from the initial call to The entire process was very attentive to the problem of the car with a complete diagnosis of the problem, after evaluating the problem and the damage that the car had, they gave me a price which for the work performed was below what the car actually cost. work since the entire air system was not working and the entire new system was installed with spectacular guarantees that not many offer, once the work was completed one of the things I liked the most is that the removed damaged parts are shown to you They detail exactly what was damaged and during the process why it was damaged, etc. That gives more confidence to the client and it gave me a lot of confidence, however, they did a complete evaluation of the engine and its parts at no additional cost where they pointed out some damaged parts such as engine point engine oil radiator shock absorbers and as I already knew about the parts that I had to change and they were the same ones that he mentioned, I already knew that what he was telling me was exactly the same parts that I had to change, well since it was already in the workshop I decided to ask, and again the price was well below what the work really costs, so I made the decision to leave it for a few more days, once again I was dissatisfied with the work, the attention and its quality of work, many have asked me how much You saved and how much you paid but it would be irresponsible on my part to say since I understand that each deal and each task will always depend on the car if I will tell you that compared to other workshops the savings were more than $600.00, I 100% recommend the Indian workshop my experience It was spectacular as well as the mechanics and I can't forget the secretary Jocelyn, from the moment you walk through the door the interaction with her was also very pleasant. So I HATE going to dealerships. Found this shop from a couple people who recommended them. The lady up front is super nice and had some good laughs. I had my Chevy Silverado worked on. They gave me a free tow since my tires were F.... D. Work took a little longer because the parts took a minute to come in but they had great communication the whole way and I felt cared for during the duration. Go here for my oil changes now and enjoy hanging out while my car gets worked on. Quick 30ish minutes and I am on my way. They offer coffee and water and have kid friendly shows on the TV when I bring my kids. Highly recommend. 💯
