Thank you to Daniel and German Car Service, this is the one and only place I would take my G63! I bought my dream car about a year ago and immediately brought it to Daniel who had the expertise and experience to review and analyze the car. He actually commented that as a kid he rode around in an old G wagon himself, lot a history there. Since I got the car he has been able to do a regular service, replace batteries, fix all the leaks in the engine and replace the brake pads. Not only has he repaired my car, but he helped it to look better too, by installing wheel spacers and cleaning out the engine. Finally Daniel bent over backward to help me in a pinch when my battery died! Thanks again Daniel, you have my business for the life of this car (and my next G wagon as well 😊)

Daniel Castillo and his team are true professionals! The shop is bright, clean, and they have 5 car lifts...it looked great and resembled the dealership environment. I have a 2014 BMW 535d that needed a few things fixed (intake plenum replaced, intake ports & EGR cleaned...tank mounted fuel pump and pressure sensor replaced) and they took care of me in a timely manner. Mr. Castillo kept me updated via email/text with photos and a complete description of the work they were performing. They used BMW OEM parts and the work they completed came with a two year warranty. The services provided by Mr. Castillo's shop exceeded my expectations...and he's a nice guy, thank you very much. A+ rating

I have a 2017 Mercedes AMG 4matic In which I needed to replace my two front motor mounts, understanding this is not your average swapping swap out of motor mounts. You need to physically takeoff other parts of the vehicle in order to reach and replace. So I wanted a reliable place, but also didn’t wanna pay Mercedes dealership prices. if you have the chance to meet Daniel, he is a well presented professional guy, which did not give me the impression that he was trying to nickel and dime me or Push a type of agenda that was going to have me replacing other parts of my vehicle. We all know how some of these companies could be. and everything was done in 24 hours. It’s been about a week now and I have no complaints. Everything seems to be done correctly and also as a kind gesture they left the existing mounts in my trunk so I could visibly look at what was took out the vehicle. I do highly recommend if you have a Mercedes or foreign vehicle that you needed work on these guys seem to have the right energy and get the job done in a timely manner thank you very much and if I ever have any other issues with my vehicle, I will definitely come back to this establishment. Take responsibility for his work and honors the warranty. You do have to be patient because he has other customers which I do understand. I am a business owner of myself. I will be doing business with him in the future. I had to bring my car a couple times because we have discovered a new issue with it, and he still honored the warranty and fixed my initial problem that had came in with which is the oil leak. That was my main problem we fixed a couple of oil leaks, then ended up finding the right oil leak and very professional work and he does everything the right way I highly highly recommend you guys go through him.

German Car Service auto repair answered the phone (not voice prompts), scheduled an appointment for the next day, and had the car fixed the day after that, returning it fixed and washed at a fair price. The location is very convenient near A and Mission in downtown Hayward, about 4 blocks from Hayward BART. The shop is bright and clean. They accept payment by Zelle with the same terms as cash. Daniel is a gentleman. Same great dealer-quality service at a better price. I highly recommend!

Udate 06/20/25 I love daniel and his shop They did great job on diagnosing the ac issue on my Porsche and fixing it promptly at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend his shop I am very happy about finding this repair shop for my cars. Daniel is excellent in diagnosing German cars. Also their rates are very reasonable. They did a great job with my BMW Z3 after a couple of other shops couldn’t figure out the issue. I highly recommend Daniel and German Auto.

Came today to get my rear brakes and rotors done, prior to coming in for service, I googled a German Auto Shop to work on my 2021 Audi Q3 and I came across this place that was reliable and near my home. I am a review connoisseur and before I even go to any business I like to make sure people are saying great things.
