I have been using German precision for almost 4 years . Sam has kept my 2007 Mercedes-Benz E550 in good running condition. He changed my air suspension, brakes , service my car, and also took care of my gas leak. He does not over sell any service, finishes his work in time. Always give you reasonable advice. I have been to Mercedes dealership and other automotive but Sam is a gem, other automotive shop try to over sell me Services while Sam do not He did stood by his service guarantee, and fix the faulty part as per original service agreement in a timely manner. I’m sad that we are leaving Albuquerque and have to find another reliable German auto mechanic in the new city. If you’re looking for an auto shop for your German car, Sam is ur guy

Sam is one of the most experienced BMW technicians in Albuquerque. I took my 2013 128i to Sam and he was able to call my car warranty company and had my car fixed the same day. He dealt with the warranty company on his own I didn't have to do a thing. Sam's prices are most reasonable and his expertise is priceless. Highly recommend!

Sam is absolutely brilliant! He did some major work on my 2001 BMW 325xi and the car is running absolutely amazing and smooth like it suppose to! Also, I notice that Sam had adjusted my headlights because they were not shinning properly down the road at night. He took the time to adjust them out of his already extremely busy day without saying anything. That just speaks volume of his integrity and attention to detail that he gives every car that goes through his garage. Professional and very customer service oriented. I've had the oil changed twice here for my 2019 MB. You drop off the car by 8am and they call when it's ready. Do not expect a one hour type of setting or appointment. This works for me because I can take care of other things while I wait for their call. I have also walked around the area and found new places to eat. Their rates are VERY reasonable as well. Therefore, I do not question their manner of accepting vehicles for appointments.

I brought my car in for an oil change, and for a potential issue with the clutch. A disreputable shop could have made up a problem and charged me to fix it. Instead, Sam investigated the clutch, did a test drive, and returned the car same-day, with a clean bill of health and a side of valuable information, all for the cost of an oil change. It wasn't intended as a test, but German Precision passed with flying colors. It's out of my way, but absolutely worth the detour; I'll be back as long as I own BMWs.

I called and spoke to Sam this morning regarding a replacement of my BMW 2016x3 battery. After he promptly responded with an estimate, he was able to get the battery replaced and registered before noon this very same day. This guy charged me $2700 for oil pan gasket and electric water pump and the motor blew and seized up less than 1000 miles later. Be careful doesn’t sound right to me now once it’s $8000 for a motor with 130 K that sounds like a rip off to me If the motor wasn’t good, he should’ve said and not done the work

I took my 2009 BMW X3 to Sam at German Precision and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He’s a super nice, friendly guy who really takes the time to explain everything. Initially there was a little bit of a wait to get it scheduled for a diagnosis but now I completely understand why — he’s an excellent mechanic who clearly knows his stuff. Once he got my vehicle in, it was ready the very next day. He rebuilt the transfer case actuator and also found and fixed a few leaks underneath, replacing some damaged components to keep me running strong for a long while. When I picked it up, he spent about 20 minutes walking me through everything he’d done, educating me about the vehicle (my 1st BMW), and giving me tips to keep it in great shape. Sam is very knowledgeable, honest, and thorough — exactly the kind of mechanic you want to have. He’ll definitely be my go-to from now on!

I had an appointment with German Precision but I took my Dad's BMW somewhere else (my Dad's former spot). A light came on a week later & I took it to German Precision today. Long story short, I'm thinking I'll just take it to German Precision from now on. Clean shop says alot!
