Absolutely recommend auto glass now they installed my window on my BMW 540I in an hours worth of work. I brought them the glass for my rear driver side window other places quoted me 100s of dollars more they took care of it for me I left with a smile can’t ask for much more than that!!!

I cannot thank Heather and Dan enough. I worked a wedding in Schenectady and then attended the wedding that night where an incident happened on a Sunday- my whole back window shattered and completely caved in. I was 4 hours from home and afraid to drive back with an open window and glass in my trunk and needed it fixed asap. I called multiple glass repair companies the next morning and because it was a bmw no one could help me until a week later. I finally got on the phone with Heather who went above and beyond to get the specific glass i needed from bmw and had Dan come out the next morning before i checked out of my hotel!! My car was still located at the wedding venue which was 40 minutes from my hotel so Dan had called me first thing in the morning like Heather said. It ended up raining that day where many companies will reschedule you. Instead Dan was such a sweetheart and knew a spot i could park so the car didn't get wet for him to continue repairing it . He was so fast and seriously so nice i felt like i was hanging out with a friend 😂❤️. I seriously cannot thank Heather and Dan enough because i was so upset about this freak accident and they made sure i was safe to drive back home . Phenomenal from start to finish. Did ALL the work for me on my windshield replacement. My insurance company referred them and they had a NEXT DAY appointment available and got my windshield in stock immediately. The ladies at the desk are super friendly and helpful and made me feel so welcome. The technician was great too!!!!! Highly recommend this place - call them first when you have a windshield issue!!!!!!!

The technician was on time and seemed professional. But the A pillar trim was damaged during the install, and the new windshield was left very dirty including between the inside of the glass and the camera. Which cannot be cleaned. They also left glass dust all over the dashboard. Not happy at all with this.

I am a very particular on who works on my vehicles, and as this vehicle was less than 1 year old, even more so. Taylor helped to secure an OEM replacement and was impressed with her customer & insurance knowledge support. They provide an outstanding service from the finish your phone call. They make it easy for all your glasses repair needs. They work with many Insurance to make the process as smooth. They will come to your house and this is the second time I have used them for my cars. I would not go to a different shop as long as they are available. All the staff is nice there and they go above and beyond explaining things. They have a nice waiting area in case you want to wait for your car like I did in this case due to the snow. On my previous repair they came to my house and the process was smooth. Also, they provide you with a quick appointment. This is a fantastic company to reach out to when you have a crack in your windshield or a complete windshield replacement. The customer service rep. Taylor that I spoke to was very helpful and explained what would be expected. Jeff, who was the tech. was very accommodating letting me know his arrival time and once he was here, explained what was going with my windshield. Glass America was just about half the price of what Safellite quoted me. I'm so glad that I researched and found Glass America. I have recommended this company already and will continue to do so.
