I really appreciated the offer to fix my windshield over replacement when he saw it in person, would have saved a lot of money but there was another crack that wasn't as visible but required the windshield to be replaced. This company is highly appreciated for a job well done with my husband's broken back, sliding, glass. The original fix/replacement was with another local company. Unfortunately the window was not installed correctly. After 6 weeks of waiting with the other company, Glass America was contacted and begin immediately fixing the problem. Their claims representative and sales representative went above to get things taken care of. Any questions we had were answered immediately! Coldest day of the year and my driver’s window regulator broke. The next morning, I called Glass America got an appointment and a flat quote immediately. My car was fixed in 2 hours And that’s including dropping it off and picking it up. The representative Thomas was very professional and knowledgeable. I like the fact that he recommend that I pick up my own part being that I work for a discount auto parts store. The price was lower than any place I could find. I needed a rear passenger window replaced as it had been shattered. Glass America was reasonably priced and came to my house to replace my glass. I work from home so this was perfect.. They were professional and only took about an hour.. It was a clean wonderful job.. Window fit perfect and power worked wonderfully. Left everything neat and clean.. Couldn't have asked for better service.. Hope I don't have to but would use them again..

They sent a technician out to replace my windshield in a 2019 F150 he started working on my truck at 1:30pm at 4:30 pm he still wasn’t done, He caused me to miss a job interview I had scheduled for 3:45, I’d suggest talking less on the phone and work more, Hopefully he’s not paid by the hour, The company will be out of business.
