My starter went bad while visiting a friend in Roanoke. Called the shop and was met with great customer service and was given a tow company recommendation that was also great. They replaced my starter, changed my serpentine belt, and did a tire rotation on a Saturday in around four hours. Very happy with the customer service and the work done. Would recommend to anyone in Roanoke.

I broke down at the shopping center off 220 where Kohls is. Noticed that my starter in my 2005 Honda Odyssey was completely corroded and locked up. My go-to mechanic wasn’t available since it was so late in the evening (7:00 PM) and they’ve been short-staffed, so I checked Google and found these guys. They were super friendly and told me to have the car towed on over and they’d fix it ASAP the next day. I had it towed over there and these guys did exactly what they said at a fair price and super quickly. My vehicle fires up without hesitation or issue. It can be a challenge to get fast service and on a weekend at that. This garage saved my life. From my experience here, I could tell these mechanics are genuine and honest. They are hard workers too. They are the real deal. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

We had a loud grinding noise coming from the back right tire of the car..brought it in and Dylan helped get us situated instantly. Malachi was our service tech and when he came to us with the issue, turns out it was a rock stuck in the debris cover on the rotor. They had us in and out with haste. Awesome customer service from them both. Highly recommend this place.

I brought my car to Mynitor’s for a diagnostics , oil change, and new (used) tire to prepare my car for inspection. Everyone was very kind and helpful, they offered me coffee and light conversation while I did admin work in their lobby awaiting my ride. I was given great, affordable options to my fixes and they even offered to bring someone in to do my inspection once the work was finished. They were able to get all my work done that day and I was able to pick my car up the next morning. Super appreciative of the team at Mynitor’s!

I do most of my own maintenance but made a huge mistake stripping a bolt hole on my engine block. I either needed to find a way to repair it or the engine would need to be replaced. Everywhere I called either wasn’t willing to take the risk or couldn’t get me in for weeks. I called Mynitor and he told me to bring it in the next day. He gave me a very reasonable quote and had it fixed in a few days. I think the job ended up being more complex than he originally thought and he probably should have charged me a lot more but he stuck to his word and did it for the price he quoted. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here. I know I sure will the next time I need any work done.

I needed my rear differential replaced. They worked with me, Before I even got it replaced, they asked me to come by and to check it out. I did, and they took my car up on the lift, and showed me what was going on. We came up with a plan to repair, and I was quoted an amount. I told them to give me some time to come up with the money. I also had them drain and refill the diff oil, before a long trip while the old one was still in. They obliged, and even put it up on the lift, and let me see them drain the old funky oil, and showed me the state the diff was in. " Its no good " he said." Be careful". When I finally got the part in ( I ordered it myself, they were just going to do the labor) I told them I had it, and they told me to just come on by. I did, the next morning, dropped the car off, around 9 am. At 1 pm, the owner called me, letting me know they'd started the work, and it was going well. He told me he'd let me know when it was done. At 4: 36 , he called me back with the exciting news that the work was done, and that I could come test drive it, and pick it up. I got there, and to say I was excited, is an UNDERSTATEMENT. This car's rear diff made noise since I bought it used last October- November ish. When I got in, ( the owner went on the test drive with me) the difference was AMAZING, my car is now SO quiet! IM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK! These guys are good, and honest. They worked a good price out with me, and stuck to it, I supplied the part, and the oil for the diff. But the work was top notch, and they are VERY RESPECTFUL. I will CONTINUE to use these guys; I've found my new mechanics! THANX GUYS! YOU ROCK!!!!

Mynor runs a phenomenal business. He is my go-to auto mechanic now that I moved to Roanoke. It’s hard to find mechanics these days that do good honest work and don’t try to charge you an arm and a leg for it. I don’t recommend going to this shop. It’s one of the worst in Roanoke, I took my car there and they charged me an extremely high price, and they still didn’t do the job right. The welding was done poorly and it had holes in it🤦🏽 communication was trash with the owner of that shop too

We are extremely lucky to have such an honest and diligent mechanic in our city. I checked his prices against other mechanics (two to be exact) and they both commended him because of his competitive pricing on the brakes/rotors. He either beat the competition’s price, or was right at it for the other repairs. I’ve been to Mynitor’s 2x. Not only did he communicate with me about the issues on my vehicle, but he also provided picture; he explained the issue to me, how it impacted the vehicle, and if it was serious / had to be done now. He did welding work for me on my flex pipe, repaired my suspension, along with brakes, inspection, and a couple other things. Top notch guy and service.
