My Cadillac Escalade was rear ended and I have a special color that is hard to match. I was afraid the persons insurance would give me the run around as far as them choosing a sorry body shop and it wouldn't get fixed or paint matched correctly. The services required were too numerous to mention....we were in an accident and were told by First Responders that our vehicle would be totaled. Thankfully, Woodings worked their miracle and did a fantastic job on our car. It's so perfect and immaculately clean that if I didn't know better I'd swear it was a new car! Everyone we dealt with, as well as those who worked on our car, was top-notch and we would definitely recommend them!!

Fantastic service! You can tell they truly care about their customers. Shannon kept track of my claims, dealt directly with my insurance and arranged for Enterprise to pick up my rental car at the shop when my vehicle was ready. Being in an automobile accident can be one of the most traumatic events of a person's life. Unfortunately, my wife and son experienced such an incident. We were recommended, by friends, to visit Woodings Auto Body Works to repair our 2017 Ford Edge Sport. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate with Martha to assess the cost to repair our vehicle. Martha advised us that the estimate given may change due to hidden damage that might not be visible until teardown. She then scheduled us for repair to ensure parts were there and we would have a faster repair time. When we dropped the vehicle for repairs, Shannon met with us and advised their goal was 5 days to repair but it could possibly take 1-2 days longer if hidden damage through them a curveball. Low and behold, the estimate that Martha wrote was apparently spot on and Dillon called us 4 days later to let us know our car was finished and cleaned up ready for pickup. Not only did Woodings meet our expectations, they beat their estimated time to deliver car back to us. On top of all of that, our car was returned to us and looked like it was never in an accident. I highly recommend Woodings Auto Body for any collision repair you may need. I truly felt like they cared and it was a family friendly environment. 5 stars

Norwood, Shannon and the rest of the staff treat me like I'm part of there family. I would stay very far away from this business. After having dealt with them on a repair job, not only did they miss the cost estimate by 30%, they also didn’t deliver the work in the 3-4 days they represented, but took 6 business days. Their excuse was to blame the manufacturer, which is a convenient out for any such business. However, if they are doing their job properly, they probably wouldn’t have mispriced the materials so poorly. My guess is someone pulled the wrong information. Of course, they told us of this the afternoon before it was to come in, with that appointment having been made almost TWO MONTHS earlier. They weren’t aware until then? Also, the $300 additional verbally communicated at that time, turned into $500 more upon delivery of the car. No one should expect an estimate to be exact, but it’s clear this place is either incompetent at estimating the work, incompetent at doing it, or perhaps it’s just their way of doing business, or a combo of the three. One should be able to expect the verbal “add on” is accurate. Let me add, this was not an extremely complex repair. It involved replacing the fiberglass front end of the car and painting it. If they can’t get something like this job close on the estimate, I’d hate to see how it turns out on something complex. I will never use or recommend this business in the future.

Wooding's has always delivered dependable service with courteous staff. The only possible fault I could see mentioning is they are almost always booked, but that is simply an indication of how in-demand their services are. I've been going to them for many years and highly recommend them. I don't see myself ever using any other auto-body shop.

I have been using Woodings since the mid 90’s. I have always had a great experience. This past week was no exception. They handled everything, from the estimate to insurance and of course, the repair work. I had an estimate through another shop and they wanted to use after market parts. Woodings got OEM for the same price or less - that’s a win in my book. They detailed the car afterwards and it looks like new. The folks in the office were knowledgeable in all parts of the process. I always recommend this shop to anyone that I know in need of auto body repair OR if you looking to get a car painted. They are the best.

My Jeep Wrangler was hit outside my house and I wasn't super familiar with Wooding's until my insurance agent recommended them to me for the repairs. All of my interactions with the team were spectacular from start to finish. They had automated text messages sending me regular updates on how the repairs were coming along. And were friendly on the phone when I had questions. Would absolutely recommend them or use them in the future (although I kind of hope I don't have a need for more body work!). Nice to know there is a good company out there that you can rely on when accidents happen though! Update 11/26/2025: Same street, different car! Drunk driver hit my truck in a hit in run in Grandin area. Woodings was there for me again and they worked their magic again! Customer service continues to be wonderful! Love their staff. If you need a repair this is your place.

I really hate to post this review. I’ve had very good experiences using woodings in the past. My daughter had an accident in her car. Her car was deemed totaled by the insurance company. Knowing the history of the car I thought it might be better to keep it and get it fixed. Insurance adjuster said the cost to get it fixed could go well over the $7200 estimate from woodings. I contacted Martha at woodings to see what she thought. I asked if it could be thousands more. She said it wouldn’t be any more than $1000. I decided to take the reduced payment from insurance and get the car fixed since I know the history of the car. I had two updates by phone letting me know the price had gone up to $9600. 4 months after the car was dropped off I get a call saying it’s ready. Total amount due was over $10,700. My daughter’s car was there for over 4 months and over $3500 over the initial estimate. I based my decision on getting her car repaired at spending $8200 at the most. 4 months later it cost me over $10700. Giving this review 2 stars because the work is great but I’m extremely disappointed in my overall experience.
