Google really needs negative stars! This guy is beyond bad. A simple state inspection took 3 weeks to book then he failed it for things that amazingly are not on the checklist...That's fine, no problem, I am willing to fix whatever an inspector doesn't like. He is licensed and I respect that. The issue is after I fixed it, I was 4 weeks without a car because he wouldn't take the 10 minutes to verify I had fixed what he asked me to. That is illegal. Not until I threatened to bring the state authorities with me did he agree to reinspect. I had used him for a couple of years but I think I'll be going somewhere else. Stay away not worth the aggravation.

The receptionist at this business threatened me and cursed me out over the phone and hung up on me after trying to finish a business transaction. She was very rude and unprofessional, I have NEVER experienced such unethical treatment from a place of business that I was simply trying to inquire trying to have my vehicle worked on. 100/10 would not recommend. Wish I could leave them 0 stars. I did not get to experience the quality of mechanical work that I was looking for and I cannot believe they would continue to employ such a hateful human being after the treatment I received.
