I bought a Lincoln Nautilus from them, and they didn't tell me until I signed the papers that they didn't have the door code to open the doors. Not only that, but they only gave me one key fob and no manual. Very disappointing!!

First off I brought my Durango in for a tire change and to get the ac checked because it was blowing out hot air they told me “we have to drain the rest of the ac out and check if there are any leaks then recharge the ac which took about 2 hours to do” everything was fine the ax was blowing cool air but also hot air I had broke My foot so I couldn’t bring it in asap and it was doing that a day after I left from them so when I was able to bring it in to get checked about the air again they looked at it for free since it’s been only about 2 weeks since I got it checked and when they looked at it they found a leak in the condenser which was suppose to be found when they checked it for 2 hours when they recharged it they even put dye in it but now they find a leak in the system that was suppose to be found the first time I brought it in so they charged me 825 for the services which I had a problem with because they drained it for 2 hours with dye but said “the hole was to small to pick up” so as the customer since I did what I was suppose to do I spoke to the manager about this and he was just being rude like it’s not on them that the leak still there like it wasn’t something they missed they took off a 100 dollars which still does not Compensate for the situation since it was not Something that just popped up the mechanic even said “the hole was to small and it didn’t pick up the hole” instead of trying to blame the customer and take responsibility for what they missed they want to charge me as if they didn’t Know I was already having ac issues and nor did the manager want to deal with it kept cutting Me off and saying what do I want I wanted to be heard and understood but I just felt rushed even told me go somewhere else to see if it’s different and it’s not about the fact of the price it’s about The fact of them missing the hole in the system if they would have found it when I brought it the first time then of course I feel I should pay but I should not have to pay for something they missed and it’s just wrong

I have not had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from this facility as of yet, but the service department is absolutely phenomenal. The technicians at this location have well over 50 years of combined experience. I have enough faith in this department that I chose to forego my complimentary maintenance agreement when I purchased my brand new vehicle at the dealership to have these technicians service my vehicle. There is no other facility that I will ever take my vehicles to as long is this business remains open.
