Customer service was very good. However, 5 days after they replaced my battery, my watch stopped working. When I opened it up to replace the batteries again, there was moisture in the case and one of the batteries had corroded. The watch was reassembled incorrectly and now it's broken.

Only thing that was great was stock and items otherwise the two guys I’m guessing manager and the bald guy were rude and unprofessional it’s no wonder the store was dead and all my friends told me don’t go there and they said the store used to be great

Just had a great experience at batteries plus at Valley View with Evan. He tested my car battery and it was determined I needed a new one. He got the new one and installed it and removed a wire that was not needed-all the while keeping up a friendly conversation! Would definitely recommend for car batteries-and anything related!

The price was extremely fair, half the price of the nearby phone repair store who also did not have the battery in stock! I also was able to stock up on our AA & AAAs at a better price than anywhere. Good experience taking my watches to Battery Plus today. Nobody else in the Valley at stores like Walmart and other places that used to change watch batteries do that anymore, so it was refreshing to get both of my the batteries in my watches changed out today. I had two difficult watches to open and change the batteries in (a Timex and a Skagen) and it took less than 10 minutes and they were all fixed and ready. Definitely recommend for any watch battery replacement for watches that are hard to find the battery for.

I used your website to pick the correct replacement battery for my 2006 R1200RT BMW. When I tried to install the battery it would not physically fit the space available so I returned to the store to replace it with one that would , The sales persons that helped me were very good and tried to find the correct battery. I took that battery home only to find that it also would not fit in the space available for it on the motorcycle. I am going back to the store today to either try again or simply return the battery, The store is about a half hour drive from my home so I'm spending a lot of time and money going back and forth. I expected your battery selection app on the website to be accurate but sadly find that it is not.

Went in for a screen replacement. Insurance covered everything - no deductible, no service fees. Easy to schedule the appointment and easy check-in. Took less than 45 mins, and with Starbucks right next door, I had a nice place to pass the time and get some work done on my laptop. They came over to let me know when the phone was ready.

Terrible experience! If I could rate a 0 I would have The phone came back to me in worse shape than what I gave it to them. I originally took my phone in to get a screen replacement, they replaced my screen with non genuine parts and it immediately started over heating. I went days without a phone because I was out of town and was not able to bring it back immediately . I came back in the store on Monday and the employee made several calls because he was unaware what they did wrong and how to fix the issue I was in the store waiting for 4 hours for no resolution. They told me they would make the repair at no charge to me. After getting a new phone because I could not wait days to get the repair I was forced to get a new phone. 2,300.00 later paying off current phone and purchasing a new one. If it was not for them I would not have been in this situation I had no issues with the phone other than a cracked screen. I go back to the store to pick up the my fixed phone or what I thought was going to be fixed and they tell me they have to put the old screen on the phone which does not work at all which when I gave it to them it work it was just cracked. I break you fix located in Roanoke Va across the street from them was over $100 cheaper and replaced the phone screen with apple products. I would never recommend batteries plus to anyone!!! This is not the only issue I have had with batteries plus, I have had a iPad they changed out the screen on and has never been right since after taking it to them 4 times and them shipping it off 2 times it’s still not right! If you want things done right with genuine parts save yourself a trip and head straight to you break I fix, they will get you right and they are recommend from Verizon .

Do NOT go to Batteries Plus. They take advantage of old people that don't know any better. They are a business that will overcharge you for everything, especially FAULTY replacement screens. I'm confused on how they are even still in business. I've had to go to them twice in 30 days and paid $200 each time to get my screen fixed. Literally got it fixed yesterday and it fell off my bed with a case on today while charging and screen shattered.. I don't recommend anyone coming here. I'm not sure if all Batteries Plus operates like this but DO NOT trust this specific store. I thought taking it to these guys would be better customer service and quality but I was better off going to the foreign guys inside the mall and paying LESS for better quality. AND They atleast give a warranty for spending $200. The guy at the mall literally showed me that Batteries Plus put the CHEAPEST screen on my phone just to get the sale. Don't get fooled twice like me
