Great prices had to install 2nd windshield first one cracked but they covered it, but inside of my car was so dirty afterwards I had the inside detailed, maybe buy some cheap door mats for your techs to use in customers vehicles. Then I'd give them 5 stars

HORRIBLE customer service and no accountability. Esmeralda (the so called manager) made this experience the worst I’ve experienced on a very long time. Don’t go for cheapest price, you get the cheapest staff & service.

Worst place ever. Would give a zero if I could. Went for a front windshield replacement and was told to go the following day at 8am. Went and was told that they were booked. Was told to go the next day at 8am and was told the same thing. Then was told that they can't guarantee a time. It was so frustrating and waste of time so I decided to go elsewhere and finally got the job done. Beware of this place.

I called for a driver window. The lady told me they have it but they couldn't install it until the next day. Called the next day they said I had to make an appointment. I made an appointment for the next day. The next day the lady said they didn't have it and had to order it. I called the next day to tell them I would be there shortly. The lady said they sold the window. After a week of double talk with lady she called to ask if I was going in to have it installed. I told her I had it installed already and she hung up on me in the middle of the sentence. NOT very customer friendly.

Very disappointed, worst customer service ever. For 3 days, i kept calling to inquire about getting my windshield replaced. Always put on hold, they never had a direct answer, always said they would return my call. I reached out to American Eagle glass company, took 1 phone call to get my appointment and prepaid my windshield replacement. This business needs customer service training.

2nd and last time I send friends to get repairs . Feb 10. 2025. My took care to have windshield repaired Star, . According to webpage glass etc guarantees their repair. And also one of secretaries told her too repaired guanteed. Crack kept running next day. And she also realized she had been charged twice for repairs. . Esmeralda returned her money 2 days later 55x2 . Then Esmeralda claimed windshield repaired is not warranty they just have not changed webpage after several years. Bad service. My sister ended up taking her to dealership for programming.af5er getting her windshield replaced at glass etc.

Highly recommend. I had a great experience with them! We needed to get our passenger rear window fixed on our Lexus. I think I spoke to Nelda through the whole process and she was absolutely wonderful. I called on a Friday to get a quote which was very affordable. The window had to be ordered, and arrived on Tuesday. She managed to get someone to work on it that same day, and only took 1hr 1/2. Definitely going back to get my windshield replaced!

Agreed price: $240. Paid: $240. Receipt they gave me: $465. When they "fixed" the receipt for the wrong customer, they kept the $465 amount and refused to print a correct one. Employee Roxanne was sarcastic and dismissive. They also pressure for cash by threatening credit card fees. This is not a simple error—it's refusing to document the actual transaction while pushing questionable payment practices. Unethical and terrible customer service.

I was very dissatisfied with this place. They replaced myrear windshield but lost the clips, the lady inside the office told me they could not find them anywhere online to order them for me but they would keep looking since it was indeed their tech who lost the original clips (the clips that hold the top brake light in place and cover) then I get a phone call that they found them... I'm happy with the service for a good 40 minutes. I take my car to get the rear windshield tinted and I come to find out all the glass etc tech did was put some sticky gummy plaster on it to hold it. The tint tech revealed the lie I was told. I called Glass Etc and the lady who answered did not know what to say. I called the Honda dealer and asked for a quote for the rear windshield & it would come out to about a grand because come to find out they do not sell the clips for my 2018 Honda civic individually. I called Glass Etc and told them and all the lady told me was to take my car back so they can refund me my 280 and remove the glass they installed. Keep in mind it was their tech who lost the clips yet they did not even offer to pay half of the glass from the dealer since it was their fault... I work to hard for my money to be taken advantage by people like this. Never again...
