It’s been over a year since I left this review and I noticed this company responded to only positive reviews and they never attempt to contact me about this issue….. Reaffirms my one star review🤷‍♂️ I used glass crafters because I like to support locally owned small businesses. The people I dealt with were very nice but I was not at all happy with the quality of materials or service. They installed a windshield that had both a crack and a several inch long scuff mark on it. They came back out to look at it and confirmed both defects and confirmed that they had to be there upon install. They might’ve had a better chance of seeing it if they clean the windshield before they left but they didn’t. They also left tools here on two occasions and their hands were so dirty I had to use a potent degreaser to clean the hood of my car. And finally they left me hanging on the windshield and referred me back to my insurance company as opposed to replacing the windshield on their dime since they bought it and they installed it.

I had these guys come out to repair chip in the glass of my BRAND NEW F250 King Ranch. I was away at a funeral and gave Sheila the code to get into the truck. They came out and handled it for me while I was a way and I can not be more pleased with the service, both on the phone and with the guy coming out. He worked clean and I was just over all very pleased. This is the second time I have utilized these guys! They came out and did a windshield on my excursion about a year ago. They came out to my wife’s place of employment and did it in a perfect manner.

Found myself in a jam after my car was vandalized and Jim was the only one willing to fix my problem on short notice. While others businesses quoted me higher and had a hard time finding the glass for my vehicle, Jim was the cheapest and fastest with same day turnaround.
