went in to get winshed replaced got my car back with damages that the tec won't even own up to my windshield cowl that sits right underneath the glass has clips that hook on belows the class I got it back with all my clips destroyed and broken now I have to waste time and money for a part on my car that they broke I had to miss work just to deal with all this. bottom line avoid this place just go to the professionals

The experience with this company was horrible, taking weeks to get my shippment done right, first time it got here it was completely wrong. They say they open at 8 but when your the first one scheduled that day the workers dont get here until 11! Then it takes another 2 hrs to install. Just because its the only glass place in Edinburg doesnt mean you should treat your customers like crap and make them wait. Your service needs to change I dont even know how you have been around with your horrible services. I would rather pay more with another company than try and save my hard earned money and use your services.

Went to put the windshield on my 2019 Kia Sorento and by best the way better price quote I got from Safelite..almost half... plus they even went to get another windshield due to defective sensor .. so I waited maybe 2 more hours (total of 3 hrs) but well worth it 👌

One of the most horrible business deals I have ever done. So apparently theres a warranty period for a totally completely wrong installation. Like I did something to make water come in through my back window? And after a year its ok that water comes in cause thats the warranty? Completely damaged headliner on an 85,000 vehicle. The review made me give at least 1 star

horrible service. Job done to fast, outcome bad. Had to take the mirror back for them to put it properly in place, glue was visible, and the front of the mirror seemed to have been damaged. Never again.

Got a Crack done before. Not fixed...they said it wouldn't be possible. Just fixed enough so it wouldn't continue. Cool I thought as long as it doesn't get worse. Charged me over $50 to stop the crack..Now almost a year later... I get a new Crack and they basically tell me I'm F'd. Can't get it fixed without an appointment. I said goodbye and went to Maximus Glass Solutions. He didn't only stop the Crack from continuing but made it completely disappear altogether. You can't tell where it was. ...Amazing!!!

Horrible experience. They damaged my wooden front door all because they didn’t know how to correctly open the door to get to the glass. They did tell me they could break the molding of the door but that is different from messing up the door because you are trying to open in a part of the door that doesn’t have molding. But since they actually don’t know anything about how to open wooden doors to get to the glass, they actually broke off a piece of my door.

Extremely disappointed with a customer service I received from the staff. I Dropped off a small project, which would not take a glass cutter more than 20 to 25 minutes to cut. Three days go by and I’ve not heard from the company regarding my project. I went by the office and the receptionist was very kind and said she was having a hard time getting the employees to cut it since they were out doing a bigger job. I agreed to wait knowing that my project was simple and that the project they were working on was probably a money maker. A week afterwards I called I got no answer so I went by and was told that the cutters did not have time. What started off to be a small project could’ve eventually ended up to be a larger one which would’ve given them more money but the way I was treated I will never go to This business or would I recommend them to anybody.
