I was here yesterday and they told me the car Wash machine Some parts are broken. I am right here today again ride by 5 PM on the website and say we serve this after 7 PM and I enter the car wash they closed it two hour early, which makes no sense and no customer service and we called the manager with another couple of customer. She was the nasty attitude which is not good for a manager.

The coworker Noah Green is one of the best people I ever had service from. He’s well mannered and a great sales man. If i could give a raise to the best Go car wash worker, it would be Noah. If you ever go to this wash ask for him specifically. No one else gives as good of a service as him. Noah is an absolute glorious person and just lights up my day every wash I get. He’s such a good sales associate I get my car washed at least 3 times a week just so I can have a smile on my face when I leave. Thank you, Noah for being you.

I got my car washed here yesterday and It left my car SPARKLINGGGGG!! SO SHINY!! I am SO impressed with the service that was provided!! The manager Terin was VERY helpful and attentive throughout my whole visit !! This was my first time here and definitely better than any other wash in the area that I have been too!! The Go car wash in massaponax is wonderful. A pretty cool guy named Mo sold me a membership with the works and honestly it was a great investment for my car. I went there thinking 25 would get me a good wash. Instead because of him it got me a couple months ($25 a month if not more for all the washes I needed. The man knows his stuff up there at Go. Thanks 😊

Not sure how they even have 4 stars. Our truck wasn’t even dirty, it just needed a quick freshening up and now it looks worse than it did before we went through the car wash. And this is just a few pictures, the entire truck looks like this.

To be clear, this review is only for the location on Patriot Highway. The location on Route 3 is a five star all day. This location for some reason has many problems and they start at the gate. Half the time, the plate reader does not read the plate correctly. So it causes long lines and you’re lucky if someone is out there to correctly enter your plate. Once you enter into the wash, most of the spray jets are not spraying correctly for proper coverage and the devices meant to clean the side of your car are not always aligned correctly. As you get towards the end, the dryer for the passenger side of the car hasn’t been working in over two months. Also the tire shine is way too much and gets sprayed all over your vehicle. Once outside, the vacuums work pretty well. The provided towels for drying are usually fairly wet and don’t provide a ton of help. So, bring your own. The main thing this location has is convenience. Other than that, there are not a lot of positive things for me to say about this unfortunately. I wish the ownership/management at this location would emulate the other location across town to learn how to do it correctly.

Love this place, been a platinum member since shortly after they opened the location on route 17. My kids love the lights inside the carwash. I love the free vacuums and spray with microfiber cloths to wipe down the cars interior. The hours they are open allow me to stop by pretty much whenever. I go through weekly with both my vehicles. I believe they offer a service to clean the interior for you as well but it seems different locations do different things.

I’ve been going here for years when they were still rio car wash. I enjoy the quick self service aspect. Nathan was nice enough to give me a card allowing me to leave a review. I recommend the monthly memberships so you can come & go as you please, they pay for themselves in 2-3 washes!
