I took our SUV here to have it repaired. We picked it up in the evening when the light was low and they sprayed it off with a hose before bringing it around front. From what I could see in the low light it looked ok. Little did I know the next day in the sun light it was still very apparent the side had been hit and repaired, my wife even thought it was never fixed.The body line was not straight and the multiple dents in the door were only partially fixed and popped out in the sun big time. It should have had new skins put on or the doors replaced but im not the expert. The door jams were filthy and all the plastic inside the car on the passenger side of the vehicle was covered in smeared white stuff, guessing body filler and or wax that was slung everywhere. It was a mess. I would just warn that if you have work done, check it thoroughly before you sign and pull out of the parking lot. Communication with staff was sub par.

I got in the accident on a Tuesday, took it to them that Friday. They had a bit of delay getting a part but Danielle kept me informed and was most pleasant. I needed one new hubcap and was missing 2 from before so they got me four instead of one from Ford. They went above and beyond. My insurance company too was quick and above and beyond. Following an incident where my car was damaged, needing both the trunk and the back right side panel replaced, Godwin's team not only got us in quickly but also exceeded our expectations in their care for our vehicle! To my surprise, they delivered the car in great condition AND having it detailed to perfection.
