I could not overstate how fabulous the folks are over at Golden Coach Works, I have worked with them for decades. For example: back in the massive hail storm of 2017 here in Golden. I had just bought a brand new Grand Cherokee, it got pummeled! They did a Superb job repairing the damage and getting the vehicles back to me on time. But most importantly. This last year I noticed there was bubbling of rust in one of the areas that was repaired so I took it back to them and they proceeded to fix it for free. They also touched up some of the other paint chips that had happened over the last eight years and detailed the whole car. So impressive. Cannot say enough good things about this operation. I rarely post reviews but after some jabroni crashed into my camry I thought it was toast. This place repaired it for a great price and I can't even tell it was in an accident. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking to get car repairs.

Very bad experience. Called in advance as i live over a hour away. was told a appointment time and that the work would be completed same day as to not have to take truck on and off rack. I dropped truck before they opened. Called at 4pm and they now said it takes 2-3 days to even look at it? Also they now asked if the damage is in the front or back? I had already removed my bumper and told them when i set the appointment that it was the front. So i brought my truck to stand in line? If i was told this i would have rented a car. All they did was deny and argue. Please check the reviews as this is how they do business. Thanks for wasting my time. thankfully service like this isnt sustainable and there are many options with better service & reviews in the area. Typically this usually reflects the quality of work a company does as well in my experience. Also check YELP reviews LOL first review response was miscommunication. Then you edit for this. Clients shouldnt have to record calls. You cant even take accountability when you make errors. None of the processes you mentioned were EVER explained to me or i would have rented a car and planned accordingly. Found the same estimate and work you claimed for half the price and much better experience. I also didnt mention my bumper was removed before dropping of and if your company would have simply looked at vehicle parked in front of your door you would have also saw the front was the issue. Golden Coachworks is a breath of fresh air for friendly, and honest work. While waiting for my appointment I was listening to the women behind the counter and noticed how supportive they were to one another it was so refreshing to see co-workers interacting with each other and the owner. It looks like they all enjoy their job!! I needed a rear view mirror replaced and dealership and Christian Brothers were double what GCW charged! They even left my car nice and clean on the inside. If you need any type of body work or repairs check out this awesome reputable autobody shop.

Had a bit of a run-in with a foosball table (long story), leaving a series of dents and scratches along the tailgate of my ‘15 Tacoma Pro. I was referred to Golden Coach Works by my mechanic (they use them exclusively), and tell you what: they killed it. Truck’s back to new, 100%. Due to my schedule, I had to pick it up after hours on a Saturday morning. As I was admiring the work, the gentleman who actually did the job, Rick, just happened to be at the shop, so I got to thank him in-person. Not only an incredible artist, but also a super-friendly, stand-up guy. Props to Jana, too, who works in the office. She had proactively offered to get me set up with a rental, allowed me to drop keys after hours, and did all the coordination with insurance. Easy-peasy. Awesome start-to-finish, folks. I’m picky as hell about my truck. Recommended without hesitation. :)

I had an accident with my truck and to make matters worse, I had recently taken collision off. Finding a collision repair shop to work with me was pretty difficult. But the folks at Golden Coach Works were great to work with. They repaired my vehicle and it looks great. I was told it would take less than 3 months do do the work on my truck. Also was quoted a price. After 3 months, I was repeatedly told 2 more weeks until they said they were waiting on a part. Didn't know when or how long it would take. Over 10 months later I was given back my truck, that I needed for work, and was charged more than 10 percent over the quoted price. Door seals are missing, I still have rust where one of them should be. Turbo wasn't working, because it sat for so long. Other parts were supposed to be ordered but are still missing. I am now going through my credit card for breach of contract and not finishing the job, over charging me for made up reasons. Lies to and ripped off! What good is a lifetime warranty when they don't warranty when you pick it up.

Overall the team did a great job with both interior and exterior of my car, and handled all of the insurance work which was great and hassle-free for me! I had a big repair and I’m really pleased with the outcome. The only downside was the timeline, as the original estimate for repairs was 4-5 weeks but it ended up taking 7 weeks. I recognize there was additional damage found, but it was hard to accommodate so much unplanned extra time without a car. It felt like the timeline just kept getting pushed back further and further every time I checked in, which was a bit frustrating.

I really wanted to root for this group, I tried week after week because they are a small business. From one small business owner to the other, this is not the way to conduct business. Especially in a situation that is as personal and sensitive as holding a primary use vehicle at your shop awaiting repair for weeks on end, when initially quoted 8 days. Five weeks later, we had to call regularly for a pickup eta. Yes insurance was involved and made the timelines iffy. Yes the holidays were in the middle creating chaos for timeline estimation updates. No, I shouldn’t have to call to check in so often, going days of nothing back from you. No, I shouldn’t speak to four different people every time I call for an update, where each of them tells me something different from the last one. No, I shouldn’t feel like the only times you made progress on insurance, or ordering parts, or fixing the actual car were after I called and got mad and had to express my stress and frustration with you in this process. I don’t conduct business in this way, and I can’t stand businesses who require this level of communication from me to actually do their job. I feel I gave you and your team multiple chances to “make it right” and proactively update me (which only happened a couple of times in the 5-6 week timeline you had my vehicle). Luckily our family of 5 had another family car we could rely on for this time, because if we had to pay a rental car fee for the 5-6 weeks total this repair took from the initially estimated 8 day repair, we would be in a much different place. The icing on the cake was finally picking up the car, seemingly repaired well but our trust with this group dissipated in the process so we aren’t 100% on the quality, but they cleaned out the interior of the car, which was lovely, until I looked in the trunk. Completely skipped and is still cluttered and untouched. Every chance to repair for the misses in this process seemed to have been neglected. We won’t be returning to this group ever again.

Shortly before moving out of the country my car was hit while parked. Multiple issues arose - not only was my 1993 Land Cruiser badly damaged on the bumper and fender but no one would work on it due to the age of the car. Additionally we had a serious time crunch because the car was scheduled to be on a boat to be shipped out to Guam. Golden Coach Works not only did a fantastic job on body work and paint but were very helpful dealing with insurance. They managed to perfectly match the paint, fix the body and we made it with a couple days to spare. Everyone there is also very friendly and quickly responded to calls and emails. Highly recommended!
