They have great deals but when one of the lanes is shut down, they don’t put a cone out in the very beginning so you drive up the other lane not knowing it’s closed. Very poor management. It makes it very confusing and difficult because you cannot back up and get back into line. This is a very simple fix. There should be a cone at the very end of the lane that is closed when entering from the street.

Stay Away! Used the wash in February 2025 and it broke the side drivers side mirror right off the car. Reported it to the manager and filed a claim - after multiple follow ups, they DENIED the claim for damage that they caused! Would give no stars if I could...

The car wash and vacuum were nice and pricing was comparable to other washes in the area. My pain point with this wash has been opening time. I’ve visited twice between 7-705am and the wash was closed, one of my visits I went to get food next door and came back between 710 and 715 and the wash was still closed, but was opening when I got there. Google says 7am.

I pay a monthly membership for this car wash service. I like the service, but the only thing it lacks is proper drying; the drying time isn't long enough, and the car doesn't come out completely dry. Customers have to get out and dry their cars themselves. It's especially bad in the winter when the car stays too wet. I don't want to have to dry my car in the cold. They need to improve the drying part of the car wash. The dryers should be more powerful or the drying cycle should be longer.

Today is the 2nd time I've gone to have the car wash in the last few weeks. The employees working are always super friendly. My problem is with the quality of the wash. Both times I chose a basic wash with undercarriage and rims wash. The car was still dirty after the first wash. I went again today. Ordered the same service. My rims, front, back and area under my doors are still dirty. At other places I usually hear the water being sprayed for the undercarriage and rim wash. So did I pay extra money for nothing.
