Employees were very kind..however, they Installed my brakes incorrectly. I am now correcting the issue at spartan auto care in wilbraham. Another 700.00 later..pretty disappointed. I didn’t have the money to do this all over again.

I'll try to be as short as possible, but my experience here was horrible. I sent my car (which was in great condition i have to add) in on a Wednesday for a simple diagnostics for my check engine light. Usually this takes a day. I get no call the following day and finally Friday i had to call for him just to say what they found and that it'll take til Monday to fix. Ok no problem. Monday comes and i have a missed call from the shop. Call back just to get told they called by mistake. I ask for the owner to call me back. No reply for the rest of the day. So Tuesday comes and i called 4-5 times trying to get someone on the phone. Finally the guy tells me they can put her back together and i can come get her. I get to the shop, waited for 20 mins and then for the guy to say he only fixed part of the problem and there needs to be more work. Ok no problem. We take her home and she struggles to turn on, but i didn't think too much of it. Later that day, i start ther car up, and she hesitates and is making a loud whirring noise. Not ok. Then today my husband is getting ready for work, and the car refuses to turn on. I gave these people my car in good condition just to get it back in worse shape. This place is terrible to go to, they are super unprofessional and they made my car worse. Save yourself the pain of going to this place

You should really have your mechanics pay attention before blindly blowing through or trying to cut off the whole intersection. Will be great when a customers car gets hit due to incompetent mechanics going for a joy ride

Went here for an oil change few weeks after my car started to smoke and smell like burnt. Brought it back to the same place to see if it can get checked out. They told me a bunch of reasons for what was wrong with the car. 200$ this and 300$ that. I waited and went to a family friend's mechanic I could TRUST. The issue was simple this place forgot to tighten my oil filter. An easy fix the guy told me. Will never go back here again.

Went there for an inspection, failed me for a non-existent exhaust leak and claimed both my beacon lights were out (i checked before the inspection and then again after to make sure, they were def working). Tried to get me to call them to do the repairs lmao.

Its where I get the vehicle inspected. Usually quick in & out. 2024- Still my go-to for vehicle inspections. Staff has always been courteous even during really busy tim. This year I lucked out and hit a lean time., was taken immediately and then back on the road in a flash. Can't ask for more.

Had to contact the Better Business Bureau in order to get my vehicle repaired and returned to me after 17 days in the shop for Master Cylinder replacement and ABS control module replacement. Would highly recommend not to do business with these people. Mike gave me the runaround and was refusing to take my calls towards the end until I contacted BBB.
