Had to look for a new mechanic after the place Ive been going to for years closed a few months ago, and was referred to Brads. I experienced top notch service, complete transparency, reasonable prices, and excellent customer service. Ive had both repairs and general maintenance completed, and will without a doubt continue to go here.

Brads Service Center on Front St in Chicopee MA is an amazing employee owned business They are group of hardworking people that treat you with friendship and respect They have worked on my 2009 impala a few times from fixing why it was taking 15 minutes to pump$20.00 worth of gas, How frustrating it was, For the crew at Brad's it was an easy quick fix, for me it was a very reasonable fix, My latest visit was a do to sensor related to my gas paddle the paddle was to the floor with the check engine light on with a light on the dashboard saying engine power reduced With a puddle of fluid underneath my car I had it towed to Brad's who alerted me about the sensor that is no longer made Brian explained this to me and told me he had found one that wold we work just as well a very fair priced for part and repair As for the fluid underneath my car it was from the power steering and could have turned into a very expensive fix if it had been related to the rack and pinion Which so thankful it was not Brian went over the section cleaning and wiping its peice down and fixing it,BRAD'S ON FRONT ST IS AND WILL BE PRAISED BY ME, EVERY FAMILY MEMBER AND FRIEND. Are told of the treatment and respect I've received the fair and affordable prices I've paid and how Brad's makes you know your import and your car will be handled with care, Thank you Brad's I appreciate you,,

Came in for an exhaust issue and they took care of it with a weld repair. While they had it in, they checked everything over and let me know I was overdue for an oil change, they said there was basically no oil showing on the dipstick so I’m honestly really glad they caught that before it turned into a bigger problem. They did a full synthetic oil change and replaced the drain plug gasket, and also pointed out a couple small things during the inspection like marker lights and battery terminal corrosion. Everyone was straight up, no weird upsell vibes, and the total was about $300 for the exhaust repair + oil service, which felt very reasonable. I’ll definitely be back.

Been going to Brad’s for years. Recently I guess now they’re cash only for inspections. They don’t have that information posted on google or their Facebook it’s only on the door. So twice now (after assuming the first one was because systems were down) we’ve gotten there been given attitude “it’s posted on the door” when you’re not looking for that because everything else you can pay for with card. And everyone else who drive there not knowing all race to the same ATM to get back before everyone else. It’s not the cash only that’s frustrating it’s the attitude as if we should’ve known even though we looked up and checked before heading over.

Easy to make an appointment and fully explained what it would entail for my 60,000 mile check. Explained what they found and I authorized the work that could be done that day. I brought in an Audi A3 last week for a fuel leak, rear lamp light, and a couple other issues. I dealt with Brian and he was amazing. Super easy to talk to and gave me a detailed break down of each issue. Gave me my car back, ordered parts, couple days later brought the car back and fixed in the same day. Definitely not the cheapest but far from the most expensive. It’s better to spend the extra money knowing the work was done by a reputable place. The front desk people were also super friendly. I love the drop box feature to drop and pick your car up in case you can’t make it before they close. Will definitely be returning in the spring to have a couple other minor things done.

Easily the best mechanics around. The initial inspection process is very detailed and gave me an excellent breakdown of my entire car. They diagnosed and fixed my car in less than a day, and the price was within usual range for the work performed. Everyone was friendly and knew what they were talking about. I had a great experience, they were able to diagnose and fix an issue with my car that multiple other mechanics could not (an issue with 'small evap leak'). They seemed to give a very fair and reasonable estimate for the work done. It did have to make an appointment about 2 weeks out, but it makes sense that they'd be very busy considering the great work they do. I will absolutely come back to Brad's for any other car needs that I may have.

I've been going to Brad's for many years - Brian & the rest of the staff have been wonderful, accommodating to circumstances, explain what's going on and provide options. I have referred family and friends. During/after Covid many auto shops have stopped providing transport/pickup, as has Brad's. If there's one thing I wish would come back is that service but I understand if not possible for possible health concerns. Suggestion - Maybe try resuming April to October when risk is lower and see how goes?
