Norm Avey is the owner of this fine establishment. Norm has been turning wrenches on cars since he was a kid. He is an extremely knowledgeable person and technician, and now has his right hand occupied my his son Josh who is also very knowledgeable in the automotive industry. My motto is, if Norm or Josh can't figure out what's wrong with your car, truck, motorcycle etc nobody can!!! He is very reasonable and competitive with his business towards the consumer! If you try him out, I know you will be satisfied and return for future repairs!

One word says it all "HONEST"! & that's the hardest thing to find nowadays & you know it's a fair price and it's gonna be good work. Last car, timing chain went, would have cost me more than the clunker was worth. (Don't tell any one but)he let me keep the car there till I bought another cleaned it out and got a auto recycler in there to tow it away only took me 3/4 days he's not only honest, he's one of us!!

Edit to add: I have now been 1 more time for my vehicle and another for my dads jeep! Always great service and communication. I have now gone to Auto Techniques 3 times on the referral of my mom. I have always had my dad do my repairs but due to old age he can't. I was very skeptical and worried about quality of work as well as being taken advantage of with prices. In every single visit I have been more and more impressed. This recent visit was for a bigger job so I was given an estimate of about $580. When I dropped off my vehicle I also mentioned my check engine light came on and a rattling under the car. I was expecting a call of another few hundred to fix those 2 added problems. When I got the call I was flabbergasted. My total was $267. WITH all 3 problems fixed! I am beyond thankful for their QUALITY and HONEST work! Any other shop would've charged the original quote, plus a couple hundred at LEAST for the added work. They were honest and said it took less time than planned so they charged me accordingly. I am so thankful for the honest and hard work of all the employees there. Hopefully I won't need them again soon BUT I have been recommending them to anyone and everyone I come in contact with!

My car was towed in Sunday evening. I left the key. It is now 2 Days later and the person barely answered the phone and let me know that they would call me today with some sort of diagnostic. I waited till just about 5:00. When they closed. they didn't answer the phone. The phone picks up and you hear mechanical noises and then it hangs up. They have no voicemail and then when the guy finally answered he told me as he told me before they are slammed and he hasn't gotten to my car. All it takes is a phone call. All it takes is communication. That way I could have fixed my car up and moved on so he told me come pick up your car then with an attitude raising his voice. I am beyond pissed off. My car was not randomly dropped off , it was towed there after I read your reviews, I left 2 messages regarding the car,.and the situation. I could have been called and told it couldn't be fit in and that ( because I am NOT a current customer) that's insane . I never called and insisted or called numerous times knowing that you were busy and respecting the fact that I could expect a call in regards to a diagnosis and we could go from there. But because you were quote slammed" after 2 days you didn't even call me once to explain the situation. I am now in desperate need of help with my car. I have a family and will miss work. When I said with all due respect I meant that and you mockingly replied back. With all due respect I told you we were slammed just wow. If we can work this out , reasonably I'll leave car and pray for the right thing to be done. I'll kindly remove this review , which is incredibly accurate.
