It’s okay. Many of the vacuums are broken. Sometimes I feel like my car is being abused going through the wash. My car comes out relatively clean though. 🤷♂️

I like the free vaccuums! Even the low end priced car wash did a good job cleaning. I originally said in my review that there were some scratches to my car after the car wash, but that was from a different carwash. My error. This car was great!

Three weeks ago it was brought to my attention by a family member, that my wheels had a black thin line around the whole rim on all 4 of my rims/wheels. Which really worried and scared me when I realized that my rim appeared to be damaged. I had several people, who I consider car detail specialist to give me their honest opinion. And so they did, and all of them including an employee of this car wash, said it looks like the brushes of the car wash are rubbing off the coating off my wheels. Let me tell you, this immediately stressed me out!! I quickly began to reach out to the manager. And boy was it hard the first week, no luck by phone. But was able to get through at my 2cd week attempt. My 1st contact with the manager, was pleasant and informative. I followed his direction which was to complete a DAMAGE FORM. So I did and was given the form to bring home, come to find out I wasn't suppose to bring it home. The employee wasn't aware of the process, which is fine. I honestly didn't care. Anyhow, I completed the form and dropped it off at the car wash. I wasn't able to meet with the manager due to both of our conflicting schedules that week. So the following week, I attempted to meet with him and went on a day he wasn't working and then he had a meeting on they other day. So, I left him a written message to call me back, and never heard back from him. Which was disappointing. So I decided to go again, and met him this morning. And once again, extremely unsatisfied. Anthony, appeared to lack any training in customer service. The first thing I noticed was that he immediately disregard to my concern. Then he didn't even take the time to look at my wheels. I had to ask him to take a look at my concern. He dismissed my concern and stated I had to go through my insurance. After, I became frustrated he apologized and stated he understands my frustration. But continued to brush it off....=( As much as I LOVE Golden Nozzle car washes, the outcome of this situation has not been what I expected. I have left a message with his supervisor, awaiting to hear back from them.

Sad to say but the employees at this location are incompetent. I have had the wash pass for a while now and half of the time these guys put up cones and say the car wash is out of service. Today I go and wait in line for 15 minutes because they were out in their vehicle doing god knows what and not paying attention. As soon I I honked the horn one guy cane running out of the car and started doing his job. Due to all of these unfortunate circumstances I will be cancelling my membership and find a different car wash.

I enjoy going here, the wash is complete, I get the extra, were my interior is vacuum and windows cleaned. You also have the option of a complete detail bumper to bumper, I think you will need to setup an appointment, though. I highly recommend them 👌

20 dollars a month for unlimited washes isn't bad. The dryer kind of sucks and the vacuums could be better. At least those are free though. Let me just say the Vacuums are fantastic now. I went the other day and wow.

Multiple locations, typically the line moves quickly, friendly & efficient staff. The monthly pass is fairly priced, especially for winter car cleaning. The free vacuum is a nice service. Wish they included a way to easily clean rubber floor mats like some other places do...

Affordable, great vaccums, but the wash itself it's not up to par. Thank goodness for the unlimited wash, because I have to go through the wash 2-3 times (each time I go)to get all the dirt off my brand new car.

I only pay $30 per month, by choice, because there are 2 cheaper package deals. I get unlimited car washes and so don't the cheaper packages. I can, literally, take my car thru the car wash every single day if I wanted to. The vacuums are also free. These vacuums run super strong and powerful. They are brand new. They definitely do the job. Unlike other car washes where the vacuums barely have any suction at all. I would highly recommend!

The smell of mold and mildew is excessive and the fact it's all over all the brushes is wild... Black mold over a foot up the brushes and a terrible smell. It's so bad you can smell it in the car before you enter the car wash. I'm worried about the health of the employees I'll be honest. I'm not sure why this isn't being addressed.

Excellent car wash, my car always comes out clean. Good location and seem well organized. They can get busy on a nice day so choose your time carefully or you'll have a wait.

I have been going here for years. The carwash staff is very quick and efficient and make an almost constant line move fast. The vacuums are a popular spot to clean your car and socialize. There are 10 vacuum parking spots to meet the demand. The carwash it self could use an update. For the volume of cars it washes, it should have the latest greatest in carwash bling. Would like to see the golden nozzle/FL Roberts execs give a little back to the customers, with all they cash they're pulling in on this cash cow. (-1 star)

Went through this wash on Sunday, Feb 1, and this was the result. I noticed in the wash that the brushes were covered in ice and left my side mirrors iced over, indicating zero hot water usage. I spoke with the staff immediately afterward, and they told me to submit an online claim. I did exactly that. I waited the 3-5 days and after numerous calls and emails the manager finally called me back only to say that my car “went into the wash fine, just like the other 700 cars.” Honestly, that’s a pretty lousy excuse. Instead of taking responsibility or even showing a bit of concern, they brushed it off as if the damage couldn’t possibly be their fault. Extremely disappointing customer service and zero accountability. They reimbursed my wash so that’s the only positive. I will not be recommending this wash to any of my peers.
