Bob and Doc were absolutely amazing—professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciated their support. Unfortunately, the several individuals in the Nissan department was absolutely disappointing. They reinforced every negative stereotype you might expect: misleading information, broken promises, and a lot of wasted time. It’s a shame, because people like Bob and Doc deserve better representation from their team.

I was driving here to look at a qx60 and my tire pressure light went on. I asked service to take a look and they did, they put the car up and filled it accordingly. It was a Mitsubishi rental so I thought they might say no. Levi and Mike were great. Then I got assigned Doc who blew me away. Such a knowledgeable wholesome sharer of wisdom. There wasn't a topic he couldn't weigh in on or a question he didn't handle with ease and humor. What an asset to the company. We are still considering between trims and used vs new but he equipped us with the tools for an informed decision.

Went to Golden State Infiniti/Nissan after a rocky failed transaction with an online car sales company. Big shout out to Alex who helped us, was very up front and genuine. They were willing to work with us on the financials. The supposed problems we had with the other company were not issues at all. We ended up with a newer car with lower mileage at a lower price point than if we had gone through with the online car dealer. And snacks! Overall, 2 very enthusiastic thumbs up!

One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Steve worked his magic and got me in a car within 30 minutes, but he was never pushy or aggressive. This review is strictly related to the service department. I received a notification in the mail from Infiniti about a recall on the turbo charger for my Infiniti Q50S. I stopped by Golden State Infiniti in early July as I began experiencing some of the warning signs detailed in the Infiniti recall notification. After speaking with a service advisor by the name of Bob, he advised he would order the replacement turbo charger. Bob kept in contact in subsequent days to let me know the part was on order and when it should arrive. Once the part arrived, Bob called to schedule a date I could drop the car off for the replacement to be installed. I made an appointment for July 15th at 11 am. I was provided a loaner vehicle as I was advised that it would take 2-3 days for them to replace the turbo charger on my car. I got my car back with the replacement turbo charger installed. Drove the car home and parked it. The next morning or so, I attempted to drive my car. I noticed the car “hesitated” when it shifted into the next gear. However once the car was warmed up, it drove without hesitation. Initially I thought it was a one off instance but the hesitation continued each time the car set for longer than 4-5 hours. I reached out to Bob with my concerns. He advised that the work performed wasn’t near the transmission to cause the hesitation. He suggested that I bring the car in for them to perform a diagnostic at no charge. I was due to travel and opted to bring the car in once I returned from my trip. The appointment for the diagnostic was made for August 5th at 9:00 am. I received a call once the diagnostic was completed to pick up my car. I was then told of issues with my transmission fluid that weren’t advised to me when I picked the car up from having the turbo charger replaced. I later took the car to a second Infiniti dealership for a second opinion. I dropped the car off the night before the diagnostic appointment in order for them to experience the hesitation on a cold start. I received a phone call later that morning from the service advisor and technician. I explained the issue that I was experiencing with the hesitation on a cold start. The technician then explained the turbo charger replacement process and how the work is done near the transmission. They gave me scenarios that could fix the issue leading up to needing the transmission replaced. The next day I was provided with the diagnosis. During the turbo charger replacement, it was determined that a line may have been nicked which caused transmission fluid to leak from the car. The level of transmission fluid in the car was low which caused the hesitation on a cold start. As the car warms up, the transmission fluid expands thus the hesitation issue not replicating. The technician provided more information as noted on the report but for this purpose he suggested a transmission flush and refill. The work was done and my car was driving as it did before I took it to Golden State Infiniti for the turbo charger recall replacement. I reached out to Golden State Infiniti through their service appointment portal with the same information but never received a response. I also emailed the service manager and general manager but both emails bounced back. I had a bad experience once before with this same dealership. However, I had gotten a call they were under new management and to expect a different experience. Unfortunately, the second experience was worse and I now regret giving them a second chance. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the California Bureau of Auto Repair but got responses that Golden State Infiniti didn't respond to either attempt to discuss and resolve the complaint.

Could not be happier with the purchase experience and would recommend the process for both new and used. Staff is efficient, friendly and even with a long test drive we were out the door in under two hours (they even topped the gas tank off)! The folks from both sides of the house (Infinity and Nissan) worked together as one. Very fair pricing and NO price gouging on add-ons (my 9th car purchase so am very familiar).
