The reason I am giving this place 5 stars is because the technician let me know my car wasn't ready for the smog test after plugging in an OBD2 reader and told me to come back when the monitors complete without making me pay. This is very honest and unusual in this business. Most smog places will make you pay and then tell you that you failed.
