I will share this to say that in a sparse attempt to make this better, they fell really short. There are some good people at this establishment who mean well including the general manager, Jeff, however it doesn't excuse the negligence that happened here. I even thought about not posting this granted they tried to make up for it, but in the event this could help someone else, here it goes... I brought my SUV to them in hopes to have a dent no larger than the size of a pencil repaired easily. I made an appointment as they required and they guaranteed me "no more that 2-3 days" for the dent as my initial thought of weeks. It ended up being exactly that: almost 2 weeks. Then when they sent a "shuttle" to pick me up when it was finally time to retrieve my vehicle, my "shuttle" was MY SUV DRIVEN by an EMPLOYEE. Then when we returned to the shop, my truck was damaged on the same door they were tasked to fix (picture below rear drive sideskirt) and they were going to return it to me, just like that. I was furious. I can't, with good conscience, bring my vehicles back here. I hope your experience is different. Only reason I gave two stars is one reason: they fixed the dent.

The one good thing to come out of having an accident is Goldstein Collision. The work they did was perfect. But beyond that, the people are great! I highly recommend Cindy and Jeff. They are so friendly. Once the parts were in, the repair was done very quickly. Best of all, they kept me apprised of the progress without my having to check with them. Highly recommended!!

Let me start off by saying that I had a well known and common issue with the paint on my Jeep Wrangler that I had been working with Stellantis for 2 years. I did not purchase my Jeep from Goldstein but they took care of me like I was a VIP. Jeff, Cindy, Ashton and their amazing team were efficient, professional and provided me with the best customer service. Over the course of the past 2 years, any of the local surrounding dealerships either let me down or wouldn’t even engage past the initial phone call. I am convinced that because of Goldstein Collosion, it made resolving this issue that more possible. My only regret is not being able to work with this team much sooner! I am not in the habit of writing reviews, but the degree of care the folks at Goldstein Collision Center demonstrated when helping me with the damage from my first car crash was exceptional and worth noting. I must say, this helpful and straightforward service stood out especially in sharp contrast to that of my auto insurer, State Farm, for this same incident. Right away, State Farm attempted to steer me to a different shop, even though Goldstein came recommended. Folks at Goldstein let me know that you have the right to choose your shop in NY State. Without this guidance, I probably would have gone to wherever State Farm would have sent me, without the guarantee they do things the way the original manufacturer say things should be done. The folks at Goldstein also argued on my behalf with State Farm over exactly that: State Farm refused to cover what the original manufacturer described as a necessary safety check. Throughout the process, the people at Goldstein were professional, accessible, kind, explained things in plain language - repeatedly, if necessary - and I genuinely trusted their judgment.

They went above and beyond! My beloved Subaru Baja was hit in a parking lot by a snowplow driver causing pretty extensive damage. Being my girl is over 20 years old, I was worried that replacement parts would not even be available but they hunted down what parts were available and repaired the parts that weren't. They kept in clear and constant communication with me during the whole process. They dealt with my insurance company for me and helped arrange a rental. I had the best experience here! A little after 5pm, I noticed my rear bumper was hanging off… I’m not sure how it happened. I walked into the collision center ten minutes before closing, fully expecting to be turned away and told to come back another time. Instead, Cindy and Eva were so quick to help. Jeff came out and quickly fixed my bumper and replaced a piece I was missing. He even buffed a scratch off! The whole thing took less than 20 minutes. Everyone was so genuinely kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.
