The person I spoke with was very nice. However, after running a diagnostic on my transmission he told me that my problem was with my engine, although, he got a transition code during diagnostics. My transmission had been pseudo-rebuilt recently and never ran properly afterward. In my car's current state, it would not pass Star/Smog testing. I took it to another shop and the problem was with the transmission. So, I give the shop 3 stars for courtesy.

Professional, earnest, diligent, & thorough! I am simply belown away by the short lead times, great prices. Gonzalo truly cares about getting the job done well! He is my go to from now on. Work performed: clutch, rear motor mount, radiator flush, & all for brake rotors and pads for my 2016 Focus ST. I bought all the parts myself with the exception of one... He even showed me a video of the new clutch on. Small detail but that is the separator. I will be going to him when my wife's Hybrid needs new brakes!

If you need your vehicle repaired this is the place to go hands down!!!!! Edit:::::My first review disappeared so I’m updating this again…. Last year I had transmission problems with my vehicle ( September ish ) I took my vehicle to the dealership for the issue ( wasn’t shifting into overdrive ) and after a diagnosis the dealership was saying 5k just for the transmission plus x for installation. Well not having that kind of money I looked for a 2nd and 3rd opinion. Took my vehicle to Gonzalo, explained the problem and he knew exactly what it was. He gave me a price of 3900 out the door….. of course you know what I did. Anyway the transmission was repaired in a very timely manner… Just great service here. I will recommend this establishment to anyone who will listen. This is the go to spot for all of your automotive needs!!! Sorry this is not the original review but I had to give this business its proper exposure. My vehicle is running actually better than it did for the last several years. Gonzalo ALL THE WAY!!!!! 2nd review…Gonzalo’s did it again, the best service as usual. This is the place to go for all you automotive needs. I got an oil and filter change w/synthetic, wow!! I’m in out in about 30 minutes, everyone check this place out. Great prices hands down. Trust me you will be very satisfied…

These guys are spectacular. Gonzalo is a true miracle maker. I've experienced problems with electricity and transmission. Prior to coming here, I went to different places, they couldn't solve my problem and were very expensive. Gonzalo is a very honest guy.
