Good Guys helped me with a major electrical issue in my truck and even assisted with making an insurance claim due to electrical fire. This was a major repair. Ashley and his son took extreme care making certain the truck would run good as new after a new harness was installed, and damaged wires traced and replaced. The truck is running great. Went in for a simple brake pad and rotor change, ended up needing calipers as well which I figured would have been the case, the owner, Ashley, was very respectful and upfront/honest with me throughout the whole time. Also am currently in progress of figuring out why my car shakes at certain speeds with Ashley. Very patient, works with the customer one on one, very intelligent and knows what he's talking about. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing some kind of auto repair.

They really are the good guys. Not only did they give me fast service. But they also gave me a rebate to switch my service over to them. When i told the man on the phone that i only had $5 in my account he expedited my rebate and gave me an extra $20 to buy myself lunch. Im so grateful. Not to mention they are family and veteran owned , both which have a special place in my heart. The good guys reputation lives up to their name. They'll take care of you and go above and beyond.

Rude. The gentlemen in the front was rude. I called Good Guys all day Thursday and Friday because I would be coming from out of town for my appointment. Left these guys voicemails, Got a confirmed text AND email for my appointment. Called their 3rd party service to confirm Good Boys was even a real place and was assured. The date of my appointment I walked into the office and was greeted rudely like I was interrupting upon entering. Explained my appointment and the gentleman said I should have called, they don’t have the equipment, etc. I replied I did called, numerous times, Got the confirmation to all my personal accounts and this man looked at me like I was an idiot and said “oh well.”

I was driving from Florida to California passing through Las Vegas my check engine light came on and my car wasn’t running properly, so I googled for auto repair called a few places and picked this one because they sounded so nice they took me in next day they gave me an estimate for repairs, and I was done next day,drove to California and back to Florida with no issues, really good people and they got me out quick and didn’t take advantage, I highly recommend.
