Sent the Honda Odyssey back to Good Guys (Herndon) for a return service due to replication of same issue and presentation from previous visit despite replacement of parts. Diagnostic was done and was charged 230.00 USD. The initial visit prompted repair and parts (costing around 500 USD). Second visit now stating a different parts - this with the car presenting with the same problem. No consideration nor courtesy from diagnostic fee.

We’ve had our Mercedes GLC serviced in Good Guys a few times. They are aware that this car requires flatness tires but they just replaced it with 4 regular tires. I’ve trusted them to work on my luxury cars bec they have done a good job before. Not really sure what happened this time. They insist that regular tires will work just the same which is totally incorrect. I’m doubting their expertise now on luxury vehicles. Waiting for them to correct this.

I would give a worse score if possible they charge $169.00 for four tires mount and balance off of the vehicle and that’s if you bring your own tires. Worst experience ever. 1 out of 10 They charged me to reseal my tire pressure sensors that have not worked in 7 years cost additional 40-60$ and didn’t try to sell me new ones? UPSELL? You would think they would check if they worked before resealing and charging for it I would have bought new ones if that was the case.

Very slow I waited thee in half hours to get the tires done. They decided to start on my tires at 12:00 then go to lunch I arrived at 10 am. I noticed the tires looked a little low after they put them on the max inflation for these tires are at 95 psi the trailer they went onto says right on it to air the tires up to 80 psi. They only aired up the tires to 60 psi and we’re gonna send me down the road to go from Clovis California all the way to Las Vegas Nevada. I would highly suggest going somewhere else. These people are very I get paid by the hour type of people and they don’t give a crap about their job.

Very disappointed in this service, it took three hours to get four trailer tires on our trailer. That’s ridiculous. We told him we were transport company and we were running on a certain schedule most tire places when we pull in will accommodate us within an hour and have us on the road. Tires were not aired up correctly. I have to say this is not a good place to go.
