I was driving to a doctors appointment and picked up a nail in the tire and was able to barely make it into the Goodyear dealership before tire went completely flat. Ricky was the manager on duty and clearly was having a bad day. I’ve always said you may never know what somebody is dealing with, so I always try to give the benefit of the doubt. However the service and treatment was unacceptable. Basically I could stand in the parking lot and wait until 5 o’clock to get my tire fixed. They said they were too busy. Ricky had a major attitude and his customer service skills are lacking, at least today they were. There was one bright shining spot who’s name is Anthony, who wanted to help and tried until Ricky shut him down. I called my normal mechanic who drove 10 miles to come and repair my tire and fill it with air so I could get back on the road. Yeah crazy as it sounds I’m at a place that can fix it in five minutes but my mechanic had to stop what he was doing, shut his shop down and drive over to help me out when Goodyear would not. It’s kind of weird to see him fixing it in the Goodyear parking lot when everybody was too busy. Check out the pictures so you can see just how busy they were. Would not recommend this place and will not go back again.

I had such a great experience thanks to Tom McKelvey, the Assistant Service Manager! He went above and beyond—kind, caring, and extremely professional. He took the time to clearly explain every detail of my service and even walked me out to my car to personally show me the findings. That level of attention and honesty is rare these days! The mechanics here do top-quality work, and the customer service is second to none. I highly recommend this place for anyone who values both expertise and genuine care for customers.

Good experience for a brake flush, coolant flush and oil change. Dropped off the car at 11 and it was ready at 1:15. And a free tire rotation. Great service! Interacted with Tom McKelvey and Damian Gonzalez who were very helpful with service explanation and cost. Also spoke w/ Leo Carruto, Store Mgr who was courteous and knowledgeable. Prices are much more reasonable than the dealership. Thanks, guys!

Like many Floridians I got a screw in my tire of less than 1 year old, went to the Goodyear store off Collier Blvd near Vanderbilt Beach Rd. Was greeted by the store manager Leo Carruyo with a cheerful attitude of yes we can take care of this for you. Within 15 minutes I was back on the road!! Great service, fair price and friendly service!! This where I’ll buy my next set of tires!

This use to be a great place however I will never visit them again as the tried to scam me into replacing 2 tires with only 11,000 miles on them . The car is less than a year old the told me they were unsafe and gave me. Line about dry rot and all that . Before Damian even got to the car he was talking shit about my tires from a distance. Once I told him I only have 11k miles on them he was like “ well we will look at them “ I brought my car to the dealership the inspected all tires and showed me that there was absolutely no dry rot, and they were just feathering from The front end being out of line They saw a woman and thought they could screw Me stay away

Just visited the Goodyear in n Collier Blvd and Vanderbilt beach rd in Naples, FL I had to get my tires balanced and tires rotated. Damian at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. Asked around for place to Have my tires checked as one tire wasn’t holding pressure. Goodyear was recommended by a number of friends. Called and Damian Gonzalez couldn’t have been more helpful about fitting me in. When it was recommended I replace front passenger tire because I had driven on it with too low a pressure reading, I asked if we should replace both front tires. To my surprise the answer was you only need one. I would recommend this tire center (and more) to everyone.

I needed trailer tires for my 5th wheel. Alejandro had them in the next morning. I had to bring wheels in separate pairs on different days. They were great about that. Some tire places I have found get irritated if they have to keep them more than a day. Alejandro understood I wanted special valve stems because I use cap tire pressure monitors. They got them done in reasonable amount of time and were friendly. If we are in the area again, definitely will use them again.

brought my car in for an oil change and they told me my front brakes needed to be done, said they were at 2mm and 3mm. brought my car in to my trusted mechanic, and he said they’re actually at 5mm and 6mm (fine for now). goodyear basically lied to my face so they could charge me $600 for a service i didn’t need yet. not going back :)

Terrible experience at the Naples, FL Goodyear corporate service center. We went in while on vacation because our tires were literally shredding themselves. They performed an alignment check and found it “terribly off.” I explicitly told them this was a serious safety issue—a tire could literally come off on the road. They claimed to perform the alignment, charged over $190 instead of $160, and after 4 hours, the alignment was still off. Halfway home in the middle of Mississippi, we had to rotate the tires just to keep them from shredding. Once back in north Dallas, TX, my trusted Goodyear service station (Just Tires, 2350 Justin Rd, Highland Village, TX 75077) take a look who confirmed the alignment was horrible - nearly as bad as before. In short: they did nothing, overcharged me, put me in a dangerous situation, and lied about the work being done. Avoid this location at all costs. 1 star, I'd leave zero stars if Google would allow it.

I came in with a tire that would not hold pressure. They found the leak but we determined 4 new tires were an option as the 4 tires were quite worn. The manager offered to put the spare on but I chose 4 new tires . Within 90 minutes I had 4 new tires with alignment. Very satisfied. Jim / Michigan

I would not trust Goodyear Auto Service on Collier Blvd to take care of my mother, daughter or any family member. They displayed a complete lack of trust & confidence. I purchased the Road Hazard Warranty: Free Flat Repairs and Tire Rotation for the life of the tires from a Goodyear dealer in VA but the warranty is good across the US. I called Goodyear in Naples, FL and they stated that they could honor the tire rotation but not the free prorated replacement because they were a corporate Goodyear and not a dealer Goodyear; Ok so be it. I made an appointment and took my car in for the free tire rotation only. My tires have plenty of tread left on them (see photo) and just needed a simple tire rotation. The service tech stated that he WOULD NOT rotate my tires because it was a 'safety issue'. He stated that there was not enough tread left on the tire and it would be hazardous. I stated that my tires are 45K mile tires with a warranty and I had not even driven 30K miles. He just shrugged and didn’t answer; he obviously had no desire or inclination to provide a simple tire rotation. He was quick however to provide a quote for brand new tires, stating that the tires I currently have (Eagle F1) were no longer available. Strangly, the quote he provided were for Eagle F1 tires. The current tires I previously purchased were $1,464 out the door and the quote provided by Goodyear was for $1979. I highly recommend going some place else like Tire Kingdom, Tires Plus, etc. that will actually take care of you and family.
