Outstanding diagnostic service. I had brought my Mercedes Benz to 2 other repair shops in the last year to fix an intermittent rough idle and hesitant acceleration. Pine Ridge found the problem within 90 minutes and the car was repaired that day. Highly recommend this group. Very professional and clear explanation of the vehicle repair needed.

I called their office in the morning and spoke to a very knowledgeable man named Ted who basically listened to my explanation of what I was experiencing with my new truck and then told me what their schedule looked like for the rest of the day. As per Teds instructions I took my Mercedes GLE in for them to diagnose and they found it needed a complete brake job with flush on the rear of my truck. He told me he could order the parts and get them early afternoon if I decided to do it and also could have it done by the next morning. Now mind you he didn’t use pressure or scare tactics or anything of the sort. Just a detailed technical explanation of the issue as well as some additional checks that he said they would perform to ensure that I did not have any unusual wear on the new brakes before they should wear going forward. Next morning at approximately 10am my phone rings and it is Ted once again who informs me that they did all the work as promised and also the additional testing on the calipers to ensure they were working correctly and found no issues. Work cost exactly what he originally quoted me and no upsell or unnecessary work that I didn’t need. I forgot to mention that in addition to this I asked him for the address so I could order an Uber home from the shop the day before since I was leaving my truck overnight. He replied with that would not be necessary because they would be more than happy to drop me off at home as soon as they had somebody available to give me a ride home. I waited in their comfortable lobby area and about 10 minutes later a gentleman peeked in and asked me if I was ready for my ride home and of course I answered yes. During the ride home and after conversing with my shuttle driver, I found out he was Richard the owner of the business. That is when I knew that I was in good hands because nobody at the shop was available and he didn’t want me to wait any longer so he took me home in his personal vehicle. That is customer service going above and beyond. He didn’t have to take me at all since they already had my business but he offered and delivered a service that really sold me on his whole operation. They have a clean organized shop and do great work as far as I can tell. Got in my car and no more vibration or humming sound when I applied my brakes so the workmanship was solid also. Top notch clean and organized shop that won my business for all four of our cars. Thanks Pine Ridge Imports on an excellent job done!!

I came here because of the reviews. Nice guys. They did what they said they would when they said they'd do it. Fair price, great repair. I'll bring my BMW back if I need to get it fixed. Second review- Had a new issue, took care of it promptly at a fair price. You are dealing with people here, not a corporation. This is the place in Naples to take your imported car.

We had a power steering leak on our 2002 Lexus RX300 [20 yr old]. We initially checked in with a gas station garage which quoted over $2k in parts for an engine oil leak however they were reluctant to do the work due to the age, which we understood. We were ready to just sell for salvage when we decided to get another opinion & went to Pine Ridge Imports. They located the leak which was a power steering fluid leak. They quoted us a very reasonable price for parts/labor which actually turned out to be less than estimated due to the leak being easier to repair. Cannot tell you how pleased we are with such honesty and integrity! We realize the car is coming to its end of life however we can enjoy it for a little longer and not be rushed into purchasing a new car right away. Highly recommend this business. Thank you.

Ted Hably and the service staff are the best! I took my Mercedes in for service; they identified the problem, and fixed my car immediately. No extra charges, no extravagant bill (like what I usually received at the dealership). Ted and the staff were extremely courteous, professional and honest. I scheduled my B maintenance service for my Mercedes. They did the work in a timely fashion, called when ready and charged me a fair price. I was very pleased. If I had a complaint it would be that the car was still dirty when I picked it up. With a car wash next door I’d think a deal could be made between the owners to clean cars up before completion was finished. Other than that I was very pleased and highly recommend them and their work.

Val serviced my vehicle efficiently and took the time to show me and explain to me what he did and potential future issues. He was very knowledgeable. We had a repair that cost 2499$ and quoted only $600 for water coolant leak. No information ahead of time for the repairs .that was done aside from the main issue which is the leak in water coolant. Then 2 days later after the car was taken back the steering oil started to leak . Very obvious that the car was not properly fix , had no issue with power steering before. Will never go back to this dishonest place.
