Mechanics are very good at what they do. I go there to explain what I need done and ask them when is the best time to come. I set up a date and time. I dropped my car off to Nick to get repaired on Oct 2nd. Nick had my car for 22 days and didn’t do anything too it.I called him every few days to get a update on what was going with my car all he would say is he’s been busy and it would be a few more days. Finally I pick it up after 22 days and he tells me he couldn’t fix it and to just take my car and go. 0/10 recommend taking your car here.

I was told by another mechanic shop that I had an electrical issue that I’d need a service appt for and they were booked out 7 weeks. When I called C&M he asked me to come by right then, so he could just look at it really quickly and confirm the problem. Turns out, it was an easy fix that he did right there and he didn’t even charge me. Great service! I will only be using them in the future!

I was visiting from Canada and my truck developed a leak from the rear brake calliper. Looked around for a reliable mechanic in the Naples area and came across C&M Auto Service Inc located close by. My initial reaction on meeting Nick and relating the issue and his approach totally put me at ease. He quickly identified the problem which required a replacement of the calliper. His quote was very reasonable and the part was ordered. He set about the task very methodically and completed it to my satisfaction very quickly. A month later, the AC started misbehaving and I went back to Nick. He advised me to come later in the day as the temperature would be higher and the AC response would be better identified. On my return, he identified the problem as less Freon in the system. On hooking the machine, his diagnosis was confirmed. He was very methodical in his repair of the AC system and the job was completed quickly. His charges were very reasonable. I would highly recommend the services rendered by this workshop. Very good approach, quality workmanship and above all, most reasonable charges. Thanks Nick!

We brought our Civic here after hitting a curb and damaging the front end. The repairs needed were extensive. Nick (The Owner, I think) was great. He immediately put the car up on the lift and showed me exactly what needed to be done. He ordered the parts, and they arrived the next day. They seemed really busy and I was worried that it would take forever, but he had it fixed within a couple days. I was impressed. He was really helpful, honest and efficient. His prices were very fair. I feel really lucky to have found his Shop. I think anyone else would have charged a lot more, and taken longer. I will be bringing any and all of my auto repair business to him in the future.

My A/C went out in my 2018 Honda CR-V, and it was like that for a few months because I couldn’t afford the supposed issue. Dealership told me it was the compressor, so I started saving up for a minimum $1,200 job. I found this auto shop and called Nik about this problem, and he scheduled me to have my car looked at! He was quite busy, but I was helped in a timely manner regardless. That same day, he did a few tests on my car and discovered that it was just the relay that was out. He insistently called 3 different shops to find the best price for the part (only $50 compared to $1,200), and went out to get it himself!! Quick, natural, and efficient diagnostics, this mechanic has an aptitude for automotive vehicles that is seriously impressive. And above all, he is extremely kind, genuine, and absolutely trustworthy. Thanks for your help, Nik! You run an amazing shop 😁

Was referred to C&M, called got appointment for today at 11 am. arrived 11 am, my car was immediately taken in, new belt put on and 3/4 hour later I was on my way. Great people, very fair priced (1/3rd of auto dealership quote. Lots of high end cars waiting to be repaired. Felt out of place (LOL) with my 2012 Hyundai Elantra, but I will be back, whenever I need help. Very much recommend these folks
