⭐ 1 Star — Extremely Disappointed From day one, buying a brand new Toyota Camry from this dealership has been nothing but problems and frustration. Immediately after purchase, the car pulled hard to the right. I brought it back in expecting a straightforward fix, but instead the dealership kept my brand new vehicle for several days trying to diagnose and repair the issue. Even after all that time, the problem is still not fully fixed. Since then, more issues have surfaced. The speedometer/odometer is inaccurate, and the dealership is refusing to calibrate it. What makes this even more unbelievable is being told, “The speedometer could be off, but that’s why cops give you leeway.” What kind of answer is that? Who buys a brand new car and is expected to just accept that the speedometer may not be accurate and hope law enforcement is lenient? That response alone shows a complete lack of accountability. On top of that, the vehicle randomly turns off and back on, which is extremely concerning and a serious safety issue for a brand new car. The backup camera is also unreliable. When backing into a parking spot, the camera randomly turns on and off, making it unsafe to rely on. I was told there is supposedly “no fix” for this issue — again, completely unacceptable for a new vehicle. Every time I raise these concerns, I get the same response: “It’s not our issue.” “There’s nothing we can do.” That constant pushback — acting as if ongoing problems with a brand new car aren’t their responsibility — is incredibly frustrating. I feel completely dismissed as a customer. Toyota used to be known for reliability and standing behind their vehicles. Based on this experience, that no longer seems to be the case. Buying a new car should come with peace of mind, not repeated service visits, unresolved problems, and excuses. This experience has been stressful, upsetting, and deeply disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to think twice.

Chris was a great help in guiding me through available options and coupon bundles to address ongoing issues with my vehicle. He was professional, patient, and transparent about what he could and couldn’t resolve directly. After a lifetime alignment, one of my two primary issues appears improved—time will tell whether it fully resolved the rack-and-pinion concern or simply mitigated it. That said, Chris handled everything within his scope thoroughly and honestly. A separate issue involving clearcoat delamination on the hood, roof, and around the windows has been identified and escalated beyond the dealership to Toyota Brand Management. I appreciate Chris’s help, communication, and integrity throughout a complicated situation. 💙
