To anyone trying to do business here, or even trying to get someone to answer a phone call or CALL BACK.... Good luck. These people have zero sense of urgency, terrible customer service. Nobody I know has had a good experience here. Look elsewhere.

The service department seems disorganized and did not provide a quality customer service experience on our initial visit for a van sliding door repair. There was no communication when the work was completed, the repair was found to not be correct when we arrived, and we had to return the following day to pick it up. They pulled our vehicle around dripping wet covered with soap and did not care to dry it off.

Not very friendly service center, they seem to be more interested in making as much money off you as they can. Extremely expensive. Didn't get the help I needed or get my Jeep Grand Cherokee fixed....it's now going on over 2 weeks and I still don't have my car, and can't seem to get anyone to answer the phone..

SO glad I took my truck here! Great service and a nice ride where I needed to be while they did the oil change. They were up front about everything and didn’t overcharge or up-charge on anything. I had a bad experience at the dealership in Bradenton and recommend this location instead.

The most ridiculous operation I've experienced in my 56 years of living. 14 calls to the service department over the course of 3 days went unanswered (...sorry, the receptionist isn't available, please leave a message...), and when I finally was dispatched in, I had to leave a message with "my" service advisor. Well, a week later, I got a call back (all the while, my Jeep is sitting in the shop). Then, a few days later, it was fixed. Yet. When I went to pick it up, "my" service advisor wasn't available. Apparently, only "my" service advisor could give me my Jeep. After I threw a fit, they processed my warranty paperwork and gave me my vehicle. This has got to be the most ill-prepared bunch I've ever encountered...

The mechanic was guessing with my engine, He changed two pulleys and that wasn't the problem, He changed my alternator but it was installed incorrectly, so it broke the timing belt. Now my engine sound different. After 15 minutes of leaving I called tow truck to PU my car but I went to another dealer and pay again to fix it.

We use this business as we are a Jeep family and have always used Jeep dealers to service our jeeps. Since moving here we have switched to this dealership and they just continue to disappoint. Takes forever to get in to get serviced. We had to wait weeks for an appointment and then when we finally have a scheduled time appointment told sorry we were to busy to get to you and you will have to leave your Jeep here a couple days to get “worked in”. No consideration that we are a working family and need our vehicles to get to our jobs. If this was a one time thing maybe would excuse but just seems to happen every time. Voiced our complaints and they could care less.

I went into the parts section because I was in need of a socket light bulb for my signal light. Andrés was so very nice and extremely helpful. He even went upbove by going outside to check out the issue i had with my car in this Florida summer heat. lol 🥵 I am very grateful for his assistance. Oh, and I'm extra grateful because he realized that I removed the wrong light fixture 🤣 he made me feel good by telling me it's ok , it happens all the time, with a sweet smile. He is such a kind young man and very helpful.

My 2022 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon has 6,500 miles, the one headlight has not worked since I bought it a year and a half ago. Today, Naples CDJR Service informed me that it would not be covered under warranty.... because I didn't come in soon enough. Interestingly enough, I tried to bring it in over a year ago, but they were "too busy" and didn't have any appointments available, which I mentioned. I will be seeking service elsewhere, didn't realize I had to replace lights and bulbs during my 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. Not my first disappointment with this vehicle or this location, probably my last FCA vehicle for a while.

If I could give zero stars I would. Naples Dodge had my truck for 50 days . I brought it in for an electrical issue with a tail light message popping on the dash (still have the issue and charged $1,800 for the repair ) I drove a rental for that period of time and they wanted to charge me $50 dollar a day for the rental .Oh and by the way, I bought my truck from them in May; haven’t even had my first oil change yet. I do not recommend their service center; go anywhere else. My truck was returned all dirty.

Really great place. Friendly staff and detailed vehicle diagnostic video and information to render costumers properly view the problem of vehicle in which one took for repair. Although very pricey, I trust this dealership repair department will finally fix my son's car. I have taken the vehicle to other places and charged $1500.00 dollars for it. Power steering lasted 3 days. Dealership is charging me a little less, but I am confident the job will be done right and with MOPAR or original parts. I will continue to use this dealership because of the outstanding service, informative car diagnostic video, and its representative Noah Ryan's continued communication, helpfulness, and dedication to customer service. The car rental office is terrible, and the young women working behind the desk are rude, dismissive, and provide horrible prices and service. Car rental is not part of the dealership, but I would NOT recommend it ever! Overall, it was a great dealership and car repair service. They have earned my trust and continue to return for any work needed for my son's car needs or repair.

I have 39,000 miles on my Jeep Wrangler. I brought it here for a repair and oil change. The service writer told me I needed $3,000 of maintenance. Only the air-conditioner filter change was recommended in my owners manual. I told them I only wanted the repair, oil change and AC filter done. They still charged me for a bunch of stuff, including spark plugs which don't need changed until 60,000 miles. When I questioned why when I was very clear what I wanted done. I asked for a manager and was told he would call me. He never did. The service writer did and told me the $1,000 of service I had paid for was never actually done. They had to refund my money. I will never take my vehicle here again. Be careful if you do.

I took my wife's Jeep Compass in the Naples CDJR Service center circa 3 weeks after she purchased it new. She had some concerns over few minor issues. Made an appointment online, the website is really user friendly, you do not have to fill out the whole nine yard, so the first impression was positive. So far so good. Showed up on time, I have been greated nicely and directed to my service advisor, who went above and beyond to make sure I'll leave the shop with a good taste in my mouth. Few weeks later I even received a folllow up phone call. Wow. Thank you Vendela for your professionalism and the exceptional costumer service.

I don't often feel the need to write a truly bad review but I'm incredibly disappointed with this jeep service center. I contacted them yesterday shortly before they closed as I was racing to get my car there and was told someone would stick around for me to drop off and explain the issue. I got there 3 minutes after close and everyone had left. I'm in from out of town and explained that my car wasn't starting consistently and my hood latch was broken so we could give it a jump. Carlos was my service advisor and couldn't have seemed less concerned that I would be stranded in Naples. I have to drive 9 hours home tomorrow and explained I HAVE to get the car back to which Carlos basically said they most likely needed 24-48 hours to run the codes and check the hood latch. I understand there are a lot of customers dropping off, but checking for error codes takes 30-60 minutes.

This service department has terrible communication. I took in my 2023 Durango hellcat For some issues with equipment, equipment cluster and a USB port that is out. They couldn’t give me a date on when part would be in for the USB port, but when I called the manager magically had a date of tomorrow. They couldn’t figure out anything with equipment cluster Claiming no faults codes, we’re coming up and that they would have to see it while it happens. This is not my first time dealing with the service department nor having issues with them . If you Don’t have to deal with them go elsewhere To get your vehicle repaired, even after speaking with a manager, he was not apologetic. He repeated the same story without voicing the concern of having bad communication from their department on letting me know Process of repair and timeframe.
