This is the second time in a row that an oil change has taken twice as long as I was told it would. And then they have the nerve to still try and upsell you on other services after taking all that time. Also had the pleasure of being ignored by someone sitting in an office who was not on the phone or with a customer. She could have loud conversations across the service area but couldn't ask me what I was there for. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone else to get off the phone.

To Roger Hess, you have horrible service center. My appointment is at 8:45am and it’s 11:13am I am still here. Over a battery replacement. THEY SUCK ! 3 hrs coming up on!

Hey, first review! Let's get to it: The good: -Fixed my warranty issue without charging me (I shouldn't have been charged, so yay!) -Didn't try to peddle different services on me -Kind and helpful front desk folks -The key drop is quite convenient The bad: -Did not warn me about having to reset my radio settings (minor) -Used a quarter tank of my gas for unknown reasons (both trip odometers were also reset) -Service guys in the back are incredibly rude (I'm asking you a simple question over the phone, no need to be condescending) -Now I'm getting spam emails, so don't give them your email Perhaps you'll have better experience with them, as it was my only time going. However, I doubt I'll be back for any general maintenance or other issues.

I've owned many different cars but this is my first Mazda (CX-30). Bought the pre-paid service package and had it in for my first service the other day. Service went great and no upsells. To me though, the best part, and the thing that will put Mazda high on my list for my next car, is that I was able to get in for service immediately. Other brands I have take weeks or months to get in. Very pleased.

Each and every time we have gone to receive service on our 2018 Mazda CX-9 also purchased @ Naples Mazda we have received nothing less than superior service. The staff has always treated us in a friendly manner and explained the status of our vehicle carefully and patiently making sure we understand everything done to our vehicle and why. If the repair took longer than a day we were given a loaner car to be able to get around while our vehicle was in their care. I recommend Naples Mazda for all of your vehicle needs.

These people are liars, cheats and crooks. Doing business with them is the single worst financial decision I’ve made in the past 5 years. They are incapable of doing any sort of work, or standing behind the product they sell. My car was there for a week to get a body rattle fixed, and to get detailed. Came back with the rattle, and entirely filthy, 3x filthier than when I dropped it off. The level of disservice that this dealership performs to their customers is something I never could have imagined.

I do not recommend Mazda of Naples service department, and here is why: I am very disappointed and upset with the service I received at this location. This is the second Mazda I have purchased, and I returned because my previous service experience was excellent. Unfortunately, this visit was nothing like that. I scheduled a routine oil change and was told it would take about an hour and a half. When I returned after that time, I saw my vehicle parked outside and assumed it was ready. However, it had not even been taken in for service. The service director apologized and explained that the service order had been placed upside down and was overlooked. He assured me the vehicle would be ready in 15 minutes. They handed me the car key after that, but no receipt or documentation was provided. When I asked for it, I was told to wait because there was another customer ahead of me and they still had to prepare my service paperwork — even though the car had already been returned to me. It has now been two days, and I still have not received any report, invoice, or email. I do not know if the oil or filter was actually changed, if the tires were checked, or if any standard multi-point inspection was performed as Mazda normally does. This lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for the customer’s time is unacceptable. I missed work, my time was not valued, and I still do not know what was done to my vehicle.

Mazda’s service department is completely inaccessible. When you call, you are forced into an automated “Alexa-style” system with NO option to speak to a real person. It only allows you to schedule an appointment or check your vehicle status as if those are the only two reasons anyone would ever call. They are not. I needed assistance with tires replacement. I spent two days trying to reach a human being, repeatedly pressing “0” with no success. That is unacceptable. Customer service is about communication. If customers cannot speak to a representative when they have a real issue, then it is not customer service, it’s a wall. Mazda is a major company, yet this approach feels impersonal, dismissive, and frustrating. If you want customers to associate your brand with stress and poor service, keep the automated system. If you care about loyalty and real service, provide access to real people. Very disappointing.
