Kaleb is the most excellent mechanic that I’ve ever had. He was not only kind and very knowledgeable but extremely truthful and genuine- Which is such a relief .I had no fear of being ripped off. Alyssa, his receptionist, was also very good on the phone and great with relaying information. They didn’t leave me hanging , fixed the car, and it was done with excellence. I highly recommend this place.

I 100% feel comfortable with my vehicles at KAR of Naples. They were thorough and helped correct an issue that I was concerned about in one of my vehicles. The next week I brought in my other vehicle and they did the same with that one. When a “DYI” hitch installation ended up being beyond my capabilities (my garage needed a lift and two other people!), KAR bailed me out. Kaleb was able to fit me in with only a day’s notice, and he and Kevin got the hitch in within 40 minutes. And the price was very fair. Needless to say, I’m very pleased.
